Maurizio and Fabio's apartment in Trastevere is a gem. It is well-located close to restaurants, but on a quiet street with little traffic. The space is easily walkable to the heart of Trastevere (5 min). The Vatican and the center of Rome are a little further, though still walkable (~20 min). It's about a ten minute walk to public transport. The space is quite large for Rome, with a good sized bedroom and living area. The kitchen is perfect for a short-term stay. The shower could be a tight fit for larger people (my partner and I are 5'7" and 5'9" and it was fine). Maurizio and Fabio went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We were greeted personally at the apartment and Fabio walked us through the space. We had forgotten an item in the Trastevere Station and Fabio graciously helped us. Throughout our stay they were responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay again. Grazie mille. Il vostro appartamento ci è piaciuto tantissimo. A presto!

The location was perfect and walking distance to get to the most famous spots in Rome. Upon arrival at the Rome airport, they went above and beyond by arranging a private taxi. The apartment had everything we needed and the outside overlooking the garden was fantastic for relaxing after a long day of touring.

This place was one of the nicest air bnbs we stay at in Rome. It was so clean and beautiful! Claudia was an amazing host. Location was fabulous! Highly recommended!!

We spent a great 10 days at Olimpia's apartment. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Everything, like check-in and check-out, was perfectly organized. Olimpia was always available, even if we didn't contact her often, as everything was clearly communicated beforehand. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and can definitely recommend it.

Loved the location and the apartment. Will stay here again.

200 meters from the subway and bus station on the corner, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. The apartment is very large and clean. Nothing more to say, everything was good

We came to stay as a young family with our 10 month old daughter. Matteo is a great host and very communicative. The apartment is situated close to shops and restaurants, with lots to do in the city. It is accessed up some steps then has a larger staircase or very small lift to the first floor (we weren't able to use with a pram). It was very clean and comfortable with a wonderful outdoor area to enjoy in the evening. There is a coffee machine (no kettle but a hob) and a large travel cot (suitable to at least 2 years old), fridge and sink. The air conditioning worked very well. Good location, close to Vatican City and around 30 minutes walk to the Colosseum. We would be happy to recommend with 5 stars!

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

We stayed just one night at Aldo’s place, but it was one of the most enjoyable parts of our trip. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The real highlight, though, was Aldo himself—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and we truly enjoyed his company. Aldo went above and beyond by providing transportation to and from the airport, as well as to and from Termini station, which made our travel logistics seamless and stress-free. The neighborhood was full of life, with an abundance of great restaurants, shops, and fun things to explore just steps away. It gave us a perfect taste of Rome beyond the usual tourist zones. We only wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, well-located stay in Rome with an exceptional host.

Giuseppe and Lucrezia's apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, complete and very clean. It has everything you need and more to enjoy your stay. The location is unbeatable, it has neighborhood life, with bars and restaurants nearby, at the same time, it is very well connected to the most important tourist spots. The hosts were very friendly, they were attentive to everything, they left us coffee, tea and sweets for breakfast as well as a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. Hopefully we can be back soon.

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back!

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
