Apartment vacation rentals in Prati, Rome

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The place is so cute, the location is the best possible, and Federica is incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for the 2.5 weeks and we wished we didn't have to leave. If you are on the fence about this place, let this be your sign to pick it. You will not regret it.

We loved our stay at Andrea’s apartment in Rome! Super close to the Vatican and within walking distance to many other attractions and areas. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We had some issues getting the right water temperature in the shower but with short showers it didn’t cause us much issue. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Rome!

Beautiful apartment right next to the colosseum. Bathroom is amazing with a free standing bath. Host very helpful and a very quick and easy check in/ check out. Would 10000% stay here again. It has been an amazing stay x

Christiana was amazing. She had wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items and coffee, milk and other beverages waiting for us. The apartment is a hip and wonderful in a great location close by and with a great view of the Colosseum and distantly, the Vittorio and St Peter’s. She had clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for Food and drinks. We MAJORLY screwed up and accidentally messed up our departure date! We were off by a day. She was totally flexible and worked extensively with us and Airbnb to extend our reservation a day to accommodate us. Thank-You SO much! We had a great stay and highly recommend her apartment.

Great place nestled in a beautiful Prati! Great for our little one as Prati was definitely a little more quiet than the center of Rome. Walking distance from great sight seeing. Amazing little restaurants and Cafes around every corner. Highly recommend! Till next time from Canada!

The experience in Rome was wonderful, made special also by the opportunity to stay in a very refined apartment, furnished with attention to detail. The description shows a bedroom, but the second accommodation is in the living room with a sofa bed and a door, so it's as if there were practically two rooms... to our great pleasure! The area is beautiful, nice to walk and reach the Vatican, great restaurants. Thanks Paola, we'll be back!

This location was perfect, we really enjoyed hanging out in the patio and taking in the views around us. The place was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It was close to the Vatican Church/Museums, shops, restaurants and other historical landmarks. We look forward to returning to Rome someday, and hopefully this place is available! Highly recommend! Pietro and the team were very helpful. If you have the option to book some of the tours and experiences through Skylife it will make your trip!

If the location fits the schedule, I would highly recommend it. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. In fact, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in living (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on). But this place was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I've stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits your schedule. The disadvantage is that it's on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

The apartment was fantastic — impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and everything worked perfectly. The location couldn’t be better. The hosts were wonderful — always caring, responsive, and great at communicating throughout my stay. Thank you for everything! I hope to return next time I’m in Rome.

An amazing and spacious apartment that was so conveniently located to Centro Historico yet managed to be incredibly quiet. The kitchen had everything needed and there is a great little cafe just steps away. Beautiful space with high, wood beamed ceilings.

Loved our stay at Manuela’s apartment. Super good location to explore the Vatican area.. close by to trastavere ! Super easy access to the apartment but the main thing is how easy Manuela makes it to stay in her home. Everything is in abundance. Everything works. Thanks for the small gluten free surprises. What a fabulous host & apartment to match! Fabrizio met us upon arrival & could not have been more helpful! The apartment was spotless & a few welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch. All major tourist attractions were within walking distance - the Spanish steps less than 5 minutes away & the Vatican the furthest away - only 30 minutes. The air conditioning was very welcome during the 32 degree heat we were lucky enough to have. We loved our stay in Rome; we will definitely be back & would make sure we stayed here again! Bellisama!

It was truly lovely to be able to stay so close to the Vatican and see Pope Leo’s first General audience. What a wonderful way to experience this part of Rome. The space was stylish, quiet, and private. A welcome respite from the business of the city.

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! This apartment was perfect for our visit to Rome. The area is quiet and we felt safe. You can walk quietly to tourist sites and there is a nearby metro station. The place is very nice and nice, you feel at home. Everything worked perfect.

we enjoyed the space & greatly appreciated the host for allowing us to drop our bags ahead of checking in so we could start seeing the city. a lot of what we wanted to see was across the bridge but we were able to walk there for shopping/sight seeing and also to vatican city. responsive host with a friendly, hospitable dad who lives nearby :)

Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.
