We loved our stay at Nicolas’s villa. He was so helpful with any requests we had. The kitchen was very well equipped to dine in. Only a 15 minute taxi to both Nice and Villefranche Sur Mer. Would highly recommend for a group of 8

Bij aankomst konden we vaststellen dat het uitzicht inderdaad even fenomenaal was als op de foto’s, zowel in de tuin als in het huis. We hebben erg genoten van het huis en de fantastische tuin in etages, die bovendien perfect is omheind, waardoor we onze 2 hondjes zorgeloos konden loslaten. Jon Gisle en Marie-Laure waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden altijd heel snel, vriendelijk en begripvol. Speciale vermelding ook voor Edcel, die klaar stond met advies om wijnvlekken te verwijderen, na een dom ongelukje 🙏🏼. Ook op zondag schoten Jon Gisle, Marie-Laure en Edcel in actie om een probleempje met de zwembadpomp op te lossen. Wij komen terug 🙂!

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

Machen wir es kurz: Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt! Wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft in toller Natur - Zitronenbäume, diverse Kräuter und natürlich die vielen Olivenbäume. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, ein grosses Trampolin, einen Tischtennistisch und Boule! Bei der Kapelle Liegestühle, Griller, eine schöne Terrasse zum draußen essen. Und drinnen eine hochwertig eingerichtete Unterkunft mit sehr viel Charme in der wirklich an alle Details gedacht wurde! Und obwohl das Wetter leider nicht immer gemacht hat, was wir uns gewünscht hätten, hatten wir - auch dank Chrystelles Ausflugstipps - alle vier fantastische Osterferien!

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison, avec une belle vue sur Saint-Paul de Vence. Maison bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménagers, etc.) et confortable. Accès à pieds au village et aux commodités. A quelques kilomètres de Nice et de Saint-Paul de Vence. Nous aurions aimé prolonger ce grand week-end. Merci aux hôtes !

I’ve never stayed at a better Air BnB. This property and its views were absolutely stunning! You also couldn’t be in a better location in Nice with easy access to old Nice restaurants and also close to the harbors and beaches. What really made this place magical was the service they provided. They even helped me with a romantic setup to propose to my girlfriend !

Awesome location and beautiful space! Right when you exit, there are so many restaurants and bakeries filled with people. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the loft was so spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Only note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor, but still well worth it in my opinion :)

David is a superb host — friendly and helpful before our stay, met us at the beginning and shared tons of valuable information, and came to say goodbye at the end. The location of his apartment is perfectly situated for public transportation, exploring Vielle Nice, and the beaches. The apartment is well-appointed — the bed and linens are top notch, the kitchen has everything we needed - we did not cook, but made sandwiches and snacks, the bathroom was small, but luxurious, excellent shower! The piece de resistance is the lovely terrace which David’s wife has decorated with beautiful succulents and flowers which provide privacy from the neighbors and the street as well as a relaxing aesthetic. Would highly recommend!

We stayed 4 nights in Nice and had a great time. The location is perfect—just far enough from the city center to be quiet and relaxing, but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need. The apartment was relatively clean and well-equipped. A couple of areas for improvement: the garage opener had a weak signal, so it took a bit of time to get in and out, and the towels had a damp, musty smell—I’d recommend bringing your own if you can. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 5/5 stay!

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

We stayed in this nice little apt on the port for 17 days and really enjoyed it. Great location for tram, port, town, Garibaldi, Mt Boron, etc. Christian was great, responsive, quick to help when something went wrong (e.g. slow shower drain), to bring new linens, etc. Apt is on top floor without a lift - not easy for moving heavy luggage but otherwise ok. Christian met us there. Apt was small but very well set up. No Wifi, but data plan works fine. Separate toilet and shower/sink room is convenient. The small kitchen was well equipped including coffee maker and pads, and a nice bottle of wine. AC worked perfectly. The absolute GEM is the good-size terrace with gorgeous panoramic views of the port and sea. We never got bored of being out there, watching the comings and goings of ships, having aperos, etc. It was also incredibly quiet, and we slept with windows open. Full morning sun but blocked out by the shutters for sleeping. Washing machine on terrace. We'll gladly stay again! Merci!

Rebecca was a wonderful host. She was very kind, friendly and helpful. Her home was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the snacks and drinks she provided. The view is magical. We would book again without hesitation.

We stayed in Vassil's apartment for a month and enjoyed every day. Could easily have stayed longer. The view is almost better than the pictures. It was spotless clean and had almost all the amenities we wanted. Vassil is an excellent host and responded very quickly to our questions. The location is perfect in a quiet, gated community with easy and safe parking on the street. 5 minutes walk to a bakery. 10-15 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Bus to the city, Villefranche and Menton right outside the north gate. Bus 98 to Old Nice right outside the south gate. Get the Côte d’Azur ticket app on the phone. Very smart! Be aware that the bathroom is en suite with one of the bedrooms. It worked fine for us (a couple). Could also be OK for a couple with one or two smaller kids. For two couples it may be a bit awkward. We give the apartment nothing but our best recommendations.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, propre et bien aménagé. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin comme équipement. Nous nous y sentions chez nous du fait aussi de la décoration personnelle comme si c'était un lieu véritablement habité par ses occupants et non pas un logement commercial. Un balcon avec une belle vue sur les toits du vieux Nice, ses clochers et la mer le rend plus agréable encore.

El apartamento es realmente precioso. Nina a puesto esfuerzo e iniciativa en muchos detalles de buen gusto para que uno se sienta como en casa desde el momento en que abre la puerta, lo cual hemos valorado mucho. La vista al puerto de Cap D'Ail desde el living y dormitorio son fabulosas. El aire fresco desde el mar es revitalizante. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario, todo es de muy alta calidad, es muy confortable, cálido y tranquilo. La playa está a solo unos minutos bajando una escalera cercana, el límite con Mónaco está a menos de 200mts. El estacionamiento es super conveniente. Hemos pasado una estancia increíble y solo deseamos volver pronto. Muchísimas gracias!

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und uns hat die Ausstattung begeistert. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, war da. Aber auch Schuhanzieher oder Wäscheständer. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss eventuell ein paar Meter weiter fahren und sich mit der App vertraut machen und dann leider alle 2 Stunden die Parkgebühr zahlen; zumindest wir haben im Gratis-Bereich keinen Parkplatz gefunden. Jordi hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Book without hesitation! This place is great. A wonderful location walkable to every part of the city. The appartment is clean and spacious. Pierre is super nice and greeted us. He is not an absent host, but you can tell put a lot of thought into little touches around the apartment. He had some drinks and candy for us as well as all the amenities you need. We would book again!
