Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
