Family-friendly vacation rentals in Port Lympia

Maryse was awesome - very friendly and communicative. The villa was also fantastic - clean, comfortable, beautiful and great views of the sea. Highly recommended!

This is one of those places where you get what you pay for: it is in a great location (convenient to train station; great views; above the promenade in the heart of old town); it is a great unit (very clean; all rooms were very spacious; and surprisingly really nice artwork throughout); and the host Jonathan was everything you would want (he was very responsive; provided clear instructions; and was very pleasant to communicate with). We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Viellefranche.

Beautiful apartment and great location close to the beach and harbour area. Spacious for our group of five adults. Jacuzzi, direct view to the sea and roof terrace are pure luxury. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful house, with a beautiful view of Saint-Paul de Vence. Well-equipped house (dishes, appliances, etc.) and comfortable. Walking distance to the village and amenities. A few kilometers from Nice and Saint-Paul de Vence. We would have liked to extend this great weekend. Thanks to the hosts!

Beautiful location and truly felt 'at home' with Emmanuelle & Philippe and their family. The flowers were in bloom and the first thing I noticed was the amazing smell and fresh air. Emmanuelle & Philippe were very generous, brining fresh laid eggs and baguette my first morning and sharing some patisseries and handmade drink and bread on my last day. The view was also perfect, I 'worked from home' whilst there and internet was able to hold work in the cottage and for video and voice I took calls from the pool as internet was better there (and much better views than my normal office!). I loved all their animals and will miss Prunelle and Macintosh!!! I had brought earplugs in case rooster was loud but never needed them, black out blinds helped block both sun and noise, I slept very well all trip! Next time I will have a car as it was difficult to get to and from the different places by foot, there is buses but they run infrequently so I would recommend a car. Merci beaucoup!!!

We had an amazing stay! Raymond & Anne were so friendly and helpful—always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of Monaco. It was easy to get around, yet the home felt private and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Such an amazing place. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a gorgeous pool to swim in and our little girl loved the jacuzzi and exploring the grounds. Lovely to be able to cook outside and relax in the outdoor living area in the evenings. Lots of lovely local villages to explore too. Vannina is a great host and very responsive to messages.

Perfect location to explore Nice. The apartment was in a great spot close to the beach, train station, and tram spot. Great restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

Quite possibly one of the most MAGICAL experiences I’ve ever had at an Airbnb !! Photos literally don’t so the view justice and right in the centre of town . Highly suggest you base yourself in Saint Paul De Vence rather than Nice if you want peace quiet and a magic artistic experience. During the day it is touristy but at night it is like out of a fairytale … also go to Art De Vin Bar where the locals hang out- such a vibe !! Will be back !! Xxx

We really enjoyed our stay with Edith! We loved the location and parking was so convenient. The space had everything we needed!

A small group from our cycling club had an amazing stay at the property. Riding the nearby climbs of the Eze, Madone and Mont Chauve. Exploring the local villages, towns as well as Nice. After a good day's cycling we came back to the villa and enjoyed the spacious garden, views and pool. The property had lots of room to relax, all the amenities and a great kitchen for cooking. A superb place to stay, we will be back!

I'm leaving a review in Korean because there are no Korean reviews! It's exactly the same flat as the picture. It's small, but it has everything you need, and the host is very good at managing it. It's a platform that feels like it's done well. Above all, the host's response was very quick, and I felt so good because they actively responded to my inquiries and needs. The advantage is that all the famous attractions, such as Masena Square and Old Town, are within walking distance, and if I had to point out a disadvantage, it's the sofa bed... it wasn't that comfortable. However, this is a common feature of all sofa beds, so those who have not slept on a sofa bed may think that it is particularly uncomfortable! Recommended for those who want to stay in Nice, where accommodation is expensive, for a good value!

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

We stayed in Irina's place for a week, it is as discribed, very clean and nice place. The views from the apartment is just amazing. The place has everything one needs during their stay. We felt it was perfectly located to explore French Riviera with easy access to train services. Irina is a great host, always available to get back to any enquiries promptly. Thanks for hosting us.

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Yvan and Peter’s place. It is an ultra peaceful and quiet escape. It’s located high above Nice and offers beautiful views of the Med. The nearest grocery store is about four miles away, Hypermarché Auchan in La Trinité, and it is massive. Just two blocks from the market is a terrific Italian restaurant, Accossato, with some of the best pizza you’ll ever find. This place is a great location for exploring this part of Provence. While driving up to the house, don’t be intimidated by the hairpin turns and switchbacks. Just drive slowly. The kitchen was well appointed and the water pressure is terrific. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, but that is a nice feature. Internet speed was impressive, allowing us to get a lot of business done on our working holiday. Yvan & Peter are gracious hosts. Be sure to study all the photos & instructions they send you. The remote for the gate is on the keychain they leave in the house. Perfect stay Merci

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.
