It is in the typical, lively and sought-after neighborhood of Port de Nice, at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, on the ground floor of a small Niçoise building, that you will enjoy this beautiful 2-room 35 m2 apartment, refurbished in 2024. A 2-minute walk from the accommodation you will find a Niçoise deli, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket open 7 days a week… The port is a 2-minute walk, the direct tram to the airport is 5 minutes away and the first beaches are less than 10 minutes away. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator.
