Guests can enjoy the entire flat which includes a large open plan living-dining area with two south-facing windows overlooking the Port of Nice and the Castle Hill. Separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous views All the apartment was fully renovated in the summer of 2017 and offers A/C. Listed building, period features, high floor with elevator. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy to reach, public transportation takes you easily to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

Charming duplex, fully air-conditioned and renovated, in a detached house. Exceptional views of the sea and the Bay of Angels. Sun all day until sunset from the pretty terrace. Within a private road that leads you directly to the beach (about 3 min walk), the port (about 7 min walk) and the tram. Atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Free parking on site reserved for residents in the private lane.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with views, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is quietly located, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, ideal for waking up to birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes to the reserve beach and about ten minutes to the tram.
