I’ve never stayed at a better Air BnB. This property and its views were absolutely stunning! You also couldn’t be in a better location in Nice with easy access to old Nice restaurants and also close to the harbors and beaches. What really made this place magical was the service they provided. They even helped me with a romantic setup to propose to my girlfriend !

We were so pleased to stay at Martine’s apartment in the charming town of Villefranche-Sur-Mer! It was exceptionally comfortable and a perfect location within the town as well as on the Côte d’Azur. The apartment had everything we needed and having had spectacular weather, we were able to enjoy the wonderful view while sitting on the balcony! It was very easy to get around the town as well as explore nearby towns via train or bus. Thank you again to Martine and Doumé for their gracious hospitality and we look forward to returning in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay at Renee’s apartment in Nice. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, the port, Old Town, great restaurants, close to several groceries, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and local. The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable, but the real highlight for us was the balconies. We spent every morning sipping coffee and every evening enjoying a glass of wine out there – the atmosphere was relaxing and so quintessentially French. Everything we needed was provided, from fresh towels to a well-equipped kitchen, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the warmer days. Renee was a lovely host – warm, helpful, and very responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in Nice!

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

We stayed in this nice little apt on the port for 17 days and really enjoyed it. Great location for tram, port, town, Garibaldi, Mt Boron, etc. Christian was great, responsive, quick to help when something went wrong (e.g. slow shower drain), to bring new linens, etc. Apt is on top floor without a lift - not easy for moving heavy luggage but otherwise ok. Christian met us there. Apt was small but very well set up. No Wifi, but data plan works fine. Separate toilet and shower/sink room is convenient. The small kitchen was well equipped including coffee maker and pads, and a nice bottle of wine. AC worked perfectly. The absolute GEM is the good-size terrace with gorgeous panoramic views of the port and sea. We never got bored of being out there, watching the comings and goings of ships, having aperos, etc. It was also incredibly quiet, and we slept with windows open. Full morning sun but blocked out by the shutters for sleeping. Washing machine on terrace. We'll gladly stay again! Merci!

I traveled as a solo female and booked Nicolas's place as part of a last minute trip to Nice. Nicolas's apartment is in a great area: great restaurants nearby, easy to get to and find, short walk to trams that will get you to the other side of Nice, and a short walk to the Promenade du Anglais along the water. The area is lively and I felt safe walking to his place very late one night, and I felt safe in the apartment itself. Nicolas was super responsive whenever I needed him, whether it was before my arrival or during my stay. He's got a lot of recommendations of what to do, where to eat, how to get around. He was also very flexible about meeting me to show me around the apartment after a very long flight from Los Angeles. It was a relief to have a very normal and approachable person in a city that was new to me.

Excellent stay in this apartment ideally located next to the port, restaurants, sea and promenades. The apartment is very quiet and nicely decorated. Recommended!

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Better than the pictures!! Nathalie was a fabulous host and even met us when we checked in. Very personal, very helpful! Perfect location to walk everywhere.

This was a great stay for our family. With 3 bedrooms, it comfortably slept 6. Everything was clean and well cared for. Lise was very helpful if we had questions, and helped us get checked in. The kitchen is small but well equipped for simple cooking. The view of the harbor was also something to be enjoyed from the front windows. We could walk to a beach or to the outdoor market in relatively short time. We had a very memorable stay!

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

We have just returned from a few great days in Charlotte’s wonderful house. Charlotte was an outstanding host who couldn’t have been more helpful prior to and during our visit. Her flexibility in check in and check out times and the local information she provided to us prior to our visit was particularly helpful. The availability of a garage was very useful for one of our party who drove to the accommodation. The well kept, spacious house and garden were beautiful and the air con was great. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. We had a fantastic time in Nice and we would highly recommend staying here to future visitors. A great location, a great host and a great house. Thank you very much Charlotte.

Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on check-in and check-out which helps a lot. The place was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

This is the second time I've booked Frédéric's accommodation, which is to say that it's worth it!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Willy was a great host and the location was super walkable—close to everything we wanted to do. The 16-minute walk to the train station with luggage was a bit much but doable. Id rec ubering to airport. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and we appreciated being able to check in early. The layout was unique: the toilet was downstairs and the shower upstairs, which actually worked well for our group since there were two mirrors for getting ready. The spiral staircase was a bit scary at first, but we got used to it—though it may be tough for those with mobility issues. It was great to have a washing machine in the unit too. The only downside was that we only had one key, which made it hard for our group of three when we weren’t together. You needed the key to lock/unlock the door from both sides, which wasn’t ideal for safety or convenience. In an emergency, it would be difficult to get out or secure the place. Overall though, it was a great stay and I’d return! Thank you!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
