The flat is exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. Marilou was there to meet us and explain everything about the flat, giving recommendations on local restaurants and bars. Great shower, comfy bed and excellent air-con. We loved breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony. There's a good supermarket just across the road. In a quiet area but just around the corner from a great street full of bars and restaurants. 10 mins walk to the heart of the old town. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the apartment. We woukd book again if returning to Nice!

Perfectly located apartment for exploring Nice. Easy walk to the Port and the old town. Very close to the station to catch a train for a day trip to Monaco and a great base for a road cycle up into the mountains. Only a few minutes walk to the tram station for a tram straight back to airport. Very responsive host. Would stay here again.

This is such a gem of a place - Valerie is exceptionally responsive and made it so easy. I got the tram all the way to port lympia, and the apartment is just 5 mins walk away. It’s in a cool part of Nice and right next door to a natural wine bar and local antique shops. Recommend renting e-bikes - great way to get around. Valerie was so helpful and welcoming and the apartment is very quiet and such a find! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much Valerie.

We had a fantastic stay at Renee’s apartment in Nice. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, the port, Old Town, great restaurants, close to several groceries, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and local. The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable, but the real highlight for us was the balconies. We spent every morning sipping coffee and every evening enjoying a glass of wine out there – the atmosphere was relaxing and so quintessentially French. Everything we needed was provided, from fresh towels to a well-equipped kitchen, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the warmer days. Renee was a lovely host – warm, helpful, and very responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in Nice!

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

I appreciate that the host was always just a text away and checked on us everyday if everything was going well. The place is as good as it looks in the photos. All major tourist spots in Nice are a short walk away from the place - this was the major plus. The tram station is also just 5 mins away so that was a huge plus too! The place was big enough for the 3 of us and had all the amenities we could potentially need. Thanks for the well stocked coffee and tea! The only slight issues I’d mention would be that the building in which the apartment is located is under renovation, so there’s a smell of paint in the entry of the building. However this is in no way causing any problems in our experience. Moreover it is not something the host can control. Lastly, on the weekends it could get loud outside as there are bars around, and the apartment is close to the streets - however just shutting the windows was a quick solution. Overall, I’d definitely visit this airbnb again! A solid 10/10.

Really enjoyed my stay! The flat was really nice, clean, sunny and near to a lot of restaurants and the old port. The little desk area was really handy for working. I felt that I had everything that needed for my 10 days stay. I will definitely try to come back.

Everything with the flat was wonderful… we were able to Acess the building easily .. the location was perfect for our needs and Pauline went over and above for us, with recommendations and even making reservations at restaurants and following up with them for us! She was incredibly responsive and friendly and personable and so very helpful!!!

It was amazing to stay in Gisele's apartment. This was my first time to use Airbnb, and we felt very lucky to have Gisele and her property. This apartment is tidy and convenient. It is easy to access to the train and tram station, and it takes you about 5-6 mins to walk into the old town. This property is best for the young family in terms of location, space, and the surroundings. My 6 years old son said the best part of our trip in Nice was Gisele's apartment. In addition, Gisele is super accommodating and she just likes a friend in Nice helps you explore this city. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

Great place if you are looking to be at the heart of the tourist area. Numerous shops and restaurants and an easy walk from other key parts of the city. The deck is beautiful but as others have noted---be aware that it really is quite a climb to get there.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Julien war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben ihn immer wieder innerhalb der Anlage angetroffen und uns sehr nett mit Julien unterhalten. Er hatte uns einige nützliche Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir konnten unser Auto gut und geschützt innerhalb der Anlage parken. Das Apartment ließ sich sehr gut finden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super logement et super hôte. Le logement est super bien équipé et entretenu avec une exposition idéale vue mer et vue montagne. Catherine est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, disponible, de bon conseil, et super réactive. Allez y sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
