Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nice

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

It was great from the start. We love Nice and loved feeling a bit like we lived there. The hostess was extremely punctual and reliable. She responded quickly and gave us good tips. The apartment was great. Really everything as described. It all looked like new. There was even a bottle of water and rosé for us. However, the garage was difficult because the gap was extremely small and the car actually did not fit. Since we were only there for a few days, we didn't use the car. But Virginie offered us her private parking space. Really nice of her. All in all, a great overall experience and we would definitely like to come back. Thanks to Virginie

Six out of five stars! While the pictures are accurate, they don’t do the views and brightness of the place justice. Jean was helpful and responsive, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and bedding was nice. Plenty of towels. Beach towels and beach chairs were a pleasant surprise! Don’t hesitate to book here.

This place is super convenient and had a lot of stuff around it which is great for a tourist. Clean and easy to find.

What a perfectly lovely home right in the center of the old town and Promenade Des Anglais! I love the charm of the apartment itself and I would even venture to say it's more spacious than the photos indicate. Lots of restaurants, shops, and the beach nearby. Niel was very kind in receiving us and gave some local recommendations. If I'm ever in Nice again, I would definitely stay in this charming spot!

Great place to stay in Nice! Just across the street from the beach and walking distance from the Old City. David was a great host and checked in on us during our stay! Benoît made checking in super easy by meeting us at our Uber drop off and escorting us to the flat. I would stay here again! Merci!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

If you’re looking for a place with excellent location in Nice I highly recommend this listing. Walkable distance from great spots in town. It also happens to be very nice inside, with a beautiful balcony for a morning coffee. It is spacious and has everything. Marianne was extremely helpful and she made sure we are aware of what is happening in the city during our stay. Would stay here again

Philippe's place is absolutely ideal as a base for exploring Nice. I loved being on a small pedestrian street, and the apartment has lots of character and interest, with beautiful tiling and nice thick walls; it truly is nicer than in the pictures. Philippe was also a pleasure to communicate with. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Dear Frederique and dear Olivier, we already miss your beautiful and characterful apartment! Eight days of Nice seemed to us for a long time, but were far too short. We would like to immerse ourselves in the exciting and friendly neighborhood and the amazing architecture of the city for much longer. And walking on the water, sitting on the beach with a glass of wine, enjoying the good food in small restaurants...
