Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nice

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

Es war von Beginn an klasse. Wir lieben Nizza und fanden es toll sich ein bisschen so zu fühlen, als ob man dort leben würde. Die Gastgeberin war extrem pünktlich und zuverlässig. Sie hat schnell geantwortet und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war klasse. Wirklich alles so wie beschrieben. Es wirkte alles wie neu. Es war sogar ein Flasche Wasser und Rosé für uns da. Schwierig war jedoch die Garage, da die Lücke extrem klein war und das Auto eigentlich nicht reingepasst hat. Da wir nur ein paar Tage dort waren, haben wir das Auto nicht benutzt. Virginie hat uns aber ihren privaten Parkplatz angeboten. Wirklich lieb von ihr. Alles in allem ein tolles Gesamterlebnis und wir möchte auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Virginie

Six out of five stars! While the pictures are accurate, they don’t do the views and brightness of the place justice. Jean was helpful and responsive, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and bedding was nice. Plenty of towels. Beach towels and beach chairs were a pleasant surprise! Don’t hesitate to book here.

What a perfectly lovely home right in the center of the old town and Promenade Des Anglais! I love the charm of the apartment itself and I would even venture to say it's more spacious than the photos indicate. Lots of restaurants, shops, and the beach nearby. Niel was very kind in receiving us and gave some local recommendations. If I'm ever in Nice again, I would definitely stay in this charming spot!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

consigliatissima la casa di Roberto, è stato come essere a casa nostra !! Ci siamo goduti la vista mozzafiato, piscina e il mare ! c'è una spiaggia pubblica con la sabbia a 5min a piedi,ottima per i bambini!! Roberto è stato di ottimo consiglio !! Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

Hôte très aimable et réactive. Logement mignon, agréable et proche de tout. Nous y avons passé 4j en couple et avons profités de la gare sncf à 10min à pied afin de découvrir la côte d'azur à travers ces villes : Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Antibes (5 à 9€ /trajet en train).

If you’re looking for a place with excellent location in Nice I highly recommend this listing. Walkable distance from great spots in town. It also happens to be very nice inside, with a beautiful balcony for a morning coffee. It is spacious and has everything. Marianne was extremely helpful and she made sure we are aware of what is happening in the city during our stay. Would stay here again

Asunto oli erittäin siisti, mukava ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Parasta oli asunnon erinomainen sijainti lähellä rantaa, linnakukkulaa (la Colline du Château) ja vanhan kaupungin ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Katu on kuitenkin hiljainen, joten yöt sai nukkua rauhassa. Portaat asuntoon ovat kapeat, joten älä ota reissuun mukaan isointa mahdollista matkalaukkua 😉 Murielle oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias sekä ennen vierailua että sen aikana! Suosittelemme👍🏽 5/5

Angie's place was great! Me and my sister met her and her husband at the beginning when we arrived and she was super friendly and accommodating. Her place had all the amenities listed, the area it was in was walking distance from a lot of thing like groceries, shops, beach etc., she reassured us that the area is safe for women and it is a gated accommodation. All you need to do is ask and she will make it happen☺️ I would recommend her place and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you again Angie!

Our stay at Florence’s was beautiful. The studio is absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully decorated, bright, and comfortable. Florence and her friend who welcomed us were exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Liebe Frederique und lieber Olivier, wir vermissen eure schöne und charaktervolle Wohnung jetzt schon! Acht Tage Nizza schienen uns lang, waren aber viel zu kurz. Gern würden wir viel länger eintauchen in die spannende und freundliche Nachbarschaft und in die faszinierende Architektur der Stadt. Und am Wasser spazieren gehen, mit einem Glas Wein am Strand sitzen, das gute Essen in kleinen Restaurants genießen... Nizza sieht uns auf jeden Fall wieder und wenn wir Glück haben, auch eure Wohnung :) Danke euch beiden für die immer schnelle und präzise Kommunikation und Olivier für's Abholen an der Tram-Station, für den Koffer-Service im Treppenhaus(!!) und die Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung. Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️
