We offer you this charming chalet of 20 m2 with a garden of 70 m2. sofa bed with 17cm thick mattress. It is located 1.3 kms from Boccacabana beach, 5 min by bike, 3 min by car. There are 2 muscle mountain bikes available. Bus 2 min away that brings you to Cannes in 15 min. We are 5 min from the ind area. This cottage is located in our property but you will not have any vis-à-vis us. JACUZZI AVAILABLE FOR STAYS OF 4 NIGHTS OR MORE
