Vacation rentals with a sauna in Nice

Our stay at this accommodation was perfect for our visit to Antibes. We have all fallen in love with Antibes it’s such a beautiful place with so much history. We will return and will definitely come back to stay at Annie’s place, we couldn’t have stayed in such a perfect location in the heart of the Old Town. Thank you!

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

We had a great stay in Nice. Brian was a very nice, friendly host. The location of the apartment is great, you can walk to the supermarket and transportation to the city in 3 minutes. The train station and the sea are also within walking distance. The equipment of the apartment was perfectly fine and it was very clean at the handover. We would come back again!

Rosa is a great host, very kind and helpfull. It was a pleasure to visit in her apartment. Location is great. Apartment was very clean and everything looked the same than in the pictures. accommodation at Rosa's place can be warmly recommended.

The apartment is very centrally located (straight over the festival area, my mother even watched the processions and parades from the balcony). The flat is very clean and has everything you need. The pool we did not use, was too cold for it in February. The best thing was assistance by Lauriane, she was simply amazing, very professional, proactive, very responsive, positive and reliable, organized for us resident cards with which we were not blocked in going out into the restricted area down during parades time. I am very thankful we had her as our contact.

A little paradise among the Mimosas. Very quiet, well-equipped. Pierre-Marie and Christine are very discreet, lovely. Their garden is very beautiful. You leave their home and find yourself directly surrounded by Mimosa. We'll be happy to go back.

Sanaa’s apartment was great for our family of five (3 adults and 2 children) and great transportation access to the whole of the Côte d’Azur. Lots to do, easy walking to shops, beach and restaurants, and great onsite amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, gym, sauna and ice room. We could not ask for anything more from the apartment or Sanaa over our 9 day stay and we were able to get taxis easily from the apartment across Nice and the Côte d’Azur.

Stayed in this amazing place 2 months ago and had to come back! Its simply wonderful. Will come back again. The host, area, amenities, view… its wonderful. Five stars.

Luxury residence in a perfectly maintained and very beautiful wooded park! Seaside with almost direct access from the residence. Located 15 minutes' walk to the city center of Cannes (a few minutes by bus with very good service) Very nice spacious, functional, well-equipped and clean apartment, with a large openable veranda overlooking the sea! Easy communication with Alexandra. Welcome and presentation on site, particularly warm by Marie Hélène. Available throughout the stay if you need anything else. Close to a railway line on the edge of the residence (not bothering us).

Wonderful apartment in a great location. The building is new, the apartment is spacious and the bathroom is big. There’s air conditioning and an elevator. Great security in the building. There’s a supermarket very close by and the street is quiet. It’s a short walk to the Palais. The coffee machine didn’t work but Sylvie replaced it right away. The only negative thing was the dirty floor. When I wiped water off the bathroom floor or near the kitchen sink the wipe came up dark with dust/dirt. It could have used a good cleaning. But honestly that’s the only con. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

What a great host! Lovely place. 2 mins to the beach. Has indoor and outsoor pools. Host was very helptful, courteous and on too of things. Will be baxk some day.

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Very good stay in Ste Agnès, clean and warm accommodation. We were very well hosted by Blandine. A secure spot for the car is not negligible compared to the location. The view is magnificent and everything remains very accessible, the village of Ste Agnès, Menton the city/the beach, Monaco, Italy ...

We had a fantastic stay at Raphael’s house. The entire family was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly wish for. From the well-equipped kitchen, the grill, the pool to the comfortable living spaces, it was perfect for our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

An absolutely perfect house for families! Generously sized, equipped with every comfort and a beautiful sun terrace that invites you to linger. Especially in the evening it was a dream – cozy by the fireplace or in the sauna with breathtaking views of the starry sky. The neighbors were incredibly warm and we had enriching encounters that made our stay extra special. The absolute highlight, however, was the daily meeting with the lovely house chicken, which made this place even more unique with its charming nature. We will be happy to come back!

This villa gave us exactly the holiday we wanted. The house is peacefully located in tranquil surroundings. Yet, it's super central location. A very good grocery store is only 2 minutes away. And fun for us was that Decathlon was only 6 min away. The villa is centrally located between Cannes and Antibes which are great place to visit. And it is quick to get to Nice. The villa is cozy decorated, and was a great fit for us who are a family of 5, with children from 11-20 years. Well equipped kitchen, good space and very nice property. Elisabeth responded very quickly and both check in and check out was easy. We recommend the place with pleasure.

This house is a beauty - as a family of five, we felt very much at home and enjoyed the large (and, in parts, deep) swimming pool, the excellent equipment (from towels to strong internet to a variety of toys, including a ping-pong table) and the fully-furnished kitchen. It is a quiet but not lonely neighborhood, with the next city just a short albeit steep walk away. By car, all of the Côte d’Azur is easy to explore. Our point of contact, Albane, was very welcoming and always available and helpful - even at odd hours, when we accidentally triggered the alarm … It is a bit pricey, but in out view worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
