Vacation rentals with a pool in Nice

We had a great stay Cecile was always available and the accommodation is very well thought out for a family with 3 teenagers.

Céline and Christophe are welcoming hosts with exemplary availability while remaining very discreet. We stayed for two months in this pretty little well-equipped house a quarter of an hour from the sea on foot and we fully enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend it.

Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

Fabrics was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. We were able to check in early. The location of the villa is excellent, there is no need for a car. The villa and pool were great for our trip to France.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

A beautiful house in peaceful surroundings on the edge of Frejus. Great communication and check in with owner meant we knew how everything worked. Fantastic private garden with outlook over woods and amazing views to the mountains from the front.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Paul was a very reactive host. Check-out was flexible and without having to follow all kinds of rules. Pleasant accommodation! Were also very happy with the covered parking that is included.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

The house was very nice and the view just a dream. We just had the problem finding the house. But after we learned that we have to drive a code through a gate to this secured environment, everything worked smoothly.

The cabanon is precious and in a great location for hopping on the easy-to-use coastal train. Anne Marie is truly welcoming and helpful. Very grateful that she picked us up from train station, as going up the hill with lots of luggage would be challenging. I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. A car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family
