Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Plymouth

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb/other like properties and have never seen a host as professional as Ian! He actually created a book and had multiple copies available throughout the property to explain everything and provide tips and local suggestions of places to go and things to do, incredible! The property is very spacious and very clean and suited the 7 of us perfectly. The location is perfect, and easily walkable to The Hoe, Barbican, and City Center so we didn’t need our vehicle much at all except for some longer trips out of town. The parking space was a nice bonus though and made having a car easy. The kitchen area is where we spent most of our time as it was plenty spacious for the 7 of us to hang out, and the kitchen area Jen has every amenity you would need as we cooked a few meals there. We often travel to Plymouth to see family and will absolutely see if this properties available when we visit again.

I can honestly say that this is one of the best AirB&Bs I've stopped in. It was perfect in every way - spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, spectacular views from the two small balconies, and ideally located for all the action around the harbour area. In terms of location it's on the hillside of West Looe, which affords fantastic views, but in terms of walking down to the harbour and back there are a lot of steps or sloping roads/footpaths, so be prepared for this (or drive down). I met Martin a few times and he was great to chat to, very friendly, and was able to recommend a few very good pubs. Overall I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

when we opened the door it was like home from home. So spacious, modern and spotless. Freddie our dog loved his closed in garden to play in. Everything we needed for our 9 nights was there. Wow the shower was lovely, and a spotless clean bed to get into to. The location was so peaceful with room to park our car. Tavistock the local village was so beautiful, with every shop needed. So many local places to visit, stunning views . We couldn't ask for a better location. Our hosts were so friendly and welcomed with personal touches. Thank you for a perfect stay.

this was our second time staying at this cottage and it and it was as amazing as the first. we never stay at the same place twice, but we want to come back here every year. it's quiet and so beautiful and has access to the most amazing walks. Susan is also so kind and helpful.

100% will be coming back! we had a family funeral in plymouth and wanted a quiet area to relax for a few days, honestly was so homely and clean. chocolate, biscuits and milk on arrival after a 6 hour drive was essential😂 my puppy otto felt right at home and had lots of lovely walks. so helpful even after the stay as i forgot a belonging and they posted it to us. couldn’t recommend this place enough if you just want to relax in a quiet area. thank you!

Louise and the accommodation were fantastic and none of our queries were too much trouble; she even let us pop our bags in early so we could get to our event on time. If I’m ever heading up Plymouth again I wouldn’t hesitate to reuse. Thank you so much. Strongly recommend!

Such a great place to stay. It is spotless and Jaquine has thought of everything that you might need from a bottle of fizz to salt and pepper etc. Such a short walk to the beach and famous fish and chips. The scenery is stunning and the location is quiet and relaxing. Fantastic to visit many places of interest nearby.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

We were very pleased with our stay and if wanting to dine out in the evening it was a 10 minute walk to the ferry to Dartmouth which takes 15 minutes. The apartment is well geared up for self catering and makes an excellent base to tour the surrounding area.

We had a lovely couple of days at Lime Tree. We stayed for a family wedding at Mount Edgcumbe so it was a perfect place for us. We were blessed with wonderful weather so spent our full day before the wedding walking a 5 mile route (the guest book had quite a few routes to look at) and then had a lovely lunch at The Devonport Inn which has a beautiful view. It was also my birthday while we were there and Penny and Roger had very kindly left a card and a small bottle of fizz which was much appreciated. The flat was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Had an amazing stay!! Susan was extremely prompt with the responses and allowed us to have a great time. I was looking for a peaceful weekend away from London and this is exactly what I got. Highly recommend!

Rockpool is a wonderful place to stay! Kay is a friendly, helpful and generous host. We appreciated the lovely treats left in the fridge for us. The location is peaceful and quiet and the accommodation is comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

Another fabulous stay here. We always enjoy our time at Louise’s place. As always, extremely clean, well stocked, and lovely little personal touches and amazing views. Louise is always very helpful, lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

Jen and Andy are excellent hosts and the accommodation was perfect for us. So much of interest to see and do in the area- all within a few miles. Beautiful walks, fantastic views and not at all crosded. So pleased we found this beautiful place. Can heartily recommend. Trev and Cath June 2025.

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Set in a beautiful location and exactly as photos portray it. Great attention has been paid to making it as comfortable as possible. Hosts were very welcoming and welcome pack was much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

Visiting for upsetting reasons but this was the perfect spot. We were all blown away by the decor - took photos for inspiration! Brilliant location. Really comfortable beds. Great bathroom. Lovely fully equipped kitchen. Just amazing really! Thank you!

This is a smart beautifully decorated flat with very tasteful furniture and fittings. Ideally placed for exploring Ashburton on foot and local beaches and Dartmoor very close. With our daughter living in Buckfastleigh we will be back to stay.

Accurate description, Centrally located. Excellent communication pre and during our stay, Nia was very helpful in providing information and recommendations whilst visiting Totnes. The studio was just as described spotlessly clean comfortable with everything needed for our short break, I would highly recommend Nia and Primrose Studio as a must if visiting Totnes, Diolch Yn Fawr Amanda and Ian

We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

A stunning, stylish apartment with large rooms, elegantly furnished in a mixture of period and contemporary styles with a choice of sitting rooms, a private garden and a huge sun trap patio looking out towards Torquay and Dartmoor. Good facilities especially for those with walking difficulties as where there are steps, ramps are provided and wheel chair access is therefore, relatively easy. My wife and I had superb weather and a very enjoyable week and hope to return again soon.

My parents (and dogs) had the most amazing stay. Chris made them feel very welcome, was super helpful and an all round amazing host and they couldn’t recommend their stay enough. The property was lovely and homely, great location to the local village and very good public transport that was close by. Thanks again. 😃

A lovely place in a beautiful location. The house was spotless with comfy beds and great kitchen facilities. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk provided as well as a treat for our dog. A travel cot was also provided for our 5 month old which was great. The view from the decking is so peaceful and so quiet. Just the relaxing bank holiday weekend we were after.
