Single room in friendly family home

A small cosy single room available in our Edwardian period home in a quiet part of Southfields, South West London close to Wimbledon tennis club, a few minutes walk to bus or Southfields tube zone 3. Central London in 35 mins. Bus stop at the end of the road which is a 10 min ride to Clapham Junction, from Clapham Junction it’s 10mins by train into Waterloo or Victoria. Room only suitable for people who are out during the day. One suitcase. No working from our home. No eating in the room.

Amazing views and peaceful park at London Bridge

The apartment is on the 22nd floor, with incredible views out to the city and only 5 mins from the tube, you can be into Oxford Circus in 15 mins. The apartment has everything you need, including a stunning balcony and gym. It’s situated in the recently developed Elephant Park which is a little oasis in the city! Full of cute coffee shops, excellent restaurants and bakeries, with a market at the weekend. Only a short walk into London Bridge and the city!

Luxury Central London Flat Close to Tower Bridge

We fully renovated the apartment in 2019 and have recently started letting it out on Airbnb when on holiday or working abroad. It is a split-level mezzanine style apartment with a striking double-height arch window that allows for plenty of natural light. Great location just 10 minutes walk from Tower Bridge. Right next to the riverside area of Wapping and within walking distance of lively east London areas such as Spitalfields and Brick Lane.

Elephant Park is a vibrant new community surrounding a central park that is popular with families.
