Condo vacation rentals in Plymouth

We had a very comfortable stay. The flat was light and airy, with lovely decor (loved the prints of local scenes). It was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Tea bags, coffee, milk and a few extra goodies were provided. Anything else you can top up from the Lidl, conveniently located just around the corner. The flat was well situated for the waterfront and the train station and very close to Royal William Yard, Devil's Point and the Cremyll ferry over to Edgecombe Manor (all well worth a visit). ~The flat is next to a busy roundabout, but we didn't notice much noise, even with the windows open.

Anthony was attentive prior and throughout our stay, he provided lots of detail and useful information relating the property and equally the local area. The communication response was time was very efficient and always replied within 5 minutes of reaching out to him. Between me and my three friends, we agreed that Anthony’s property was probably the nicest air BnB’s which we had stayed at - if you’re reading this review, you have to experience it for yourself! Great location as well!!

A very nice top floor apartment with glorious views of Plymouth Sound - it's hard to imagine a better location. Parking is very easy. Strongly recommended.

its a fab flat in a fab place .. lots to see and do .. the Seco lounge and bistro pierres to eat and ferry to Mt Edgecomb for walks ..

John’s apartment is fantastic! The photos are a true reflection of the space,modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. From the start, John’s communication was excellent. He was helpful, responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The dedicated parking space is a real bonus .it’s just a few steps away, and you can load and unload right at the apartment door, which made things super convenient. The location is great too, close to shops, food options, and even open water swimming if that’s your thing. I’d 100% recommend staying here and would definitely book again next time I’m in Plymouth.

sallys home was exactly as described and pictured ,quirky, interesting, individual and with a homley feel. It was clean and well presented. we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Well located to a few local shops and pubs , and well situated to get to many of plymouths offerings and surrounding areas. Parking at the flat was hassle free. Instructions and directions where clear so getting there and getting in was stress free. Communication was responded to quickly. All on all it was a stress free stay for us, sally offers a great opportunity to say in her lovely home and is a great host.

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

A lovely cosy hideaway in a beautiful location. Everything you need for a couples holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Di's place. She very kindly let us check in early as it was raining heavily and we had a toddler with us! She saved the day 🙂 The flat was perfect for what we needed - spacious and very clean. She had made the sofa bed up in the lounge too which gave us extra choices for sleeping arrangements which was helpful. The cream tea, milk, bread and wine were very welcomed and a real treat. Tavistock is a great town and we really enjoyed exploring - we walked around the market, gardens, high street and the viaduct walk. All within very close distance of the flat. There's a large Co-Op close by where we did our food shopping. All in all a really enjoyable stay, thank you Di!

This is a smart beautifully decorated flat with very tasteful furniture and fittings. Ideally placed for exploring Ashburton on foot and local beaches and Dartmoor very close. With our daughter living in Buckfastleigh we will be back to stay.

Accurate description, Centrally located. Excellent communication pre and during our stay, Nia was very helpful in providing information and recommendations whilst visiting Totnes. The studio was just as described spotlessly clean comfortable with everything needed for our short break, I would highly recommend Nia and Primrose Studio as a must if visiting Totnes, Diolch Yn Fawr Amanda and Ian

We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

A lovely self contained place to stay in Salcombe with off street parking, all as shown on the listing. Chris was attentive, super helpful with info and only a message away at any point.

My parents (and dogs) had the most amazing stay. Chris made them feel very welcome, was super helpful and an all round amazing host and they couldn’t recommend their stay enough. The property was lovely and homely, great location to the local village and very good public transport that was close by. Thanks again. 😃

What a beautiful, stylish, beach-side appartment, with amazing views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay! The beds, furnishings, and all facilities are of excellent quality, making this a great place for a holiday. Annie is a wonderful Holiday Host, always so responsive and helpful, and even kind enough to reply straight away to a message we sent out of hours. Thanks Annie. We were welcomed with a lovely Devon cream tea hamper from Pebbles, who also ensured that the apartment, equipment etc, and bed-linens were pristine, and provided an iron within minutes. Thanks Pebbles. Great to have a dedicated parking spot right outside (Drivers: steep, windy road to South Sands makes the drive scenic but 'interesting'!) The apartment was fine for us for accessibility (wheelchair), having a lift right to the front door, and wide doors throughout. Recommend - Harbour Beach Spa (relaxing), Bo's cafe (beach vibe), Fortescue (friendly), SouthSands (dining), Coastal walks - and Devon beaches!

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

An amazing place to stay in a perfect location. The flat was in immaculate condition and the parking space is worth its weight in gold. If you don’t fancy cooking you are next to two good hotel restaurants. Salcombe town is only a thirty minute walk or take it easy on the ferry straight into town. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a GOLD STAR host. Our one problem was to find the keybox but that might be our ‘foreign’ status. Especially helpful host, instant reaction. We especially thank Dave for the super fluffy towels, the thoughtful, kind food gifts (after a long travel), the cleanliness, providing all bathroom necessities. At this time of year reasonably quiet and of course, the cherry on the cake is the heated, beautifully kept swimming pool. Safe and secure parking is TOP (important with a rental car). Would come again w/o hesitation. Thanks for making our hols a treat!
