There are two double en-suite bedrooms, a twin en-suite bedroom and a single bedroom. This apartment sleeps up to 7 adults or 9 people in total (to include any children). Pets welcome.

Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

Cottage, with Inglenook and Waterside+Moor Views

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout.
