This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

Nos encantò todo. El piso era muy bonito nos gusto mucho las vistas las cama la cocina todo de verdad. Alex fue muy amable conmigo y siempre muy disponible… volveremos pronto ❤️🥰

Très bel endroit correspondant à la description. La proximité des services est agréable. À conseiller. Bagages volumineux peu recommandés car l’escalier d’accès à l’appartement est un peu étroit.

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

John is just the nicest, most helpful and friendly guy. He showed us all 3 apartments and they are all fabulous. So well designed and stylishly decorated and furnished. The location is superb and it is so soothing hearing the waves at night and feeling the gentle sea breeze. We have travelled a lot over the years but this must be one of the best placed we’ve ever stayed at.

Es steht uns nicht zu, zu bewerten, aber wir sagen einfach ein grosses DANKE. Ein herzliches Willkommen mit kleinen - nicht selbstverständlichen - Extras. Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

Der Aufenthalt in Lauras Wohnung war sehr schön. Ihr Nachbar Javi hat uns rein gelassen, uns alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte für uns eine perfekte Aufteilung, da das Kinderzimmer mit einer Schiebetür abtrennbar ist. Spielzeug ist auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kinder mit Familie. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

¡Totalmente recomendable! La comunicación con Alejandro fue estupenda, estuvo absolutamente pendiente de todo. La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, con todo limpio y con todo al detalle. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!

Een prachtig appartement op een top locatie. Heel compleet! Keuken goed ingericht. Goede en rustige ligging. Op loopafstand van het strand. David is een super aardige man. Reageert altijd en is heel behulpzaam. Hij was ook aanwezig toen we bij het appartement aankwamen. We voelden ons meer dan welkom! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en gaan zeker terug. Bedankt David voor alles.

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Great location between l’Arenal beach and the port. 10-15mins walk to either, both of which have lovely restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the balcony was impressive (dining, relaxed seating & hot tub for 2 people). Lots of parking available and great kitchen facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Arrival instructions were clear. Note €10 cash required for 8pm-midnight arrival or €30 midnight-9am. Communal pool looked lovely but was too cold to use at the time of year we visited (May). As others have mentioned, the apartment looks out onto a fairly sizeable road which didn’t bother us in the main (you get the odd loud moped). Overall a great stay and great communication from Patricia.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Greise. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment chouette et la zone est résidentielle et calme, tout en étant à 5min à pied de la plage d’Arenal où on y trouve de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Très bonne communication et accueil chaleureux de la part de Greise.

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

Wij hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in het appartement van Carla. Zij is een fijne en gastvrije host die snel reageert op vragen of eventuele problemen. Het appartement zelf is ruim opgezet en voorzien van een goede airconditioning, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Alles was netjes in orde, en we voelden ons direct thuis. Kortom, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zouden het zeker aanraden aan anderen!

El trato fue fantástico y la zona inmejorable ubicación perfecta. Estuvimos muy bien. El servicio fue fantástico todo el equipo de Jonathan estuvo pendiente en todo momento, tanto Alexandra como Carolina un 10, muy resolutivas. Hubo un pequeño problema en el baño y en seguida lo resolvieron. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable confortable. Excelente comunicación con Murielle desde el primer momento, facilitando la entrada y la salida de forma flexible. El apartamento está perfecto para dos personas, muy confortable y limpio. Muy buen gusto en la decoración y los detalles. Está muy cerca de la playa del arenal, en una zona muy tranquila. Ha cumplido nuestras expectativas con creces.

We had a fantastic stay in Xàbia! The apartment is in a brilliant location—just across the road from a supermarket and only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, the port, and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well-decorated, and perfect for our group. Each room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed using the balcony and rooftop for relaxing and drying clothes. There was some construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay, but that’s outside the host’s control. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we’d absolutely recommend it. We’d love to return in the future—thank you to the hosts for a wonderful visit!

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

Un logement magnifique dans un cadre paradisiaque ! Tout est réuni pour passer un parfait séjour. L extérieur du logement est extraordinaire et il ne manque rien à l'intérieur. Sans oublié Manol qui est un super hôte avec de bonnes adresses et des attentions délicates.

Hemos estado casi un mes en la casa de Lucia. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, el piso es super cómodo, tiene todo lo q necesitas, grande y amplio, seguro y con todo nuevo!!! Lucia un encanto, pendiente de q no falte nada! la verdad una experiencia de 10 tanto el piso como el lugar. Sin duda volveremos a Jávea y siempre contaré con el piso de Lucía si está disponible!! gracias por todo Lucía!
