House vacation rentals in Platja de l'Arenal

It is a beautiful villa, exceptional bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely outside area and stunning swimming pool and the villa had the wow factor with the view! Unreal! Vanessa was amazing prior to arriving in Spain and was equally active in helping us have the perfect holiday. 10/10 in everything she did. The only slight draw back for villa Limonera was the fact it’s near on impossible to walk anywhere in the day heat, you really are at the very top! But if you want wow…this villa has it all over!

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

We were 4 couples with small children 0-2 years old. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were attentive to us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is sparkling clean and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) played wonderfully in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!) and by car you can be in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and have a nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several lovely places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

Amazing villa, fully meeting the expectations as advertised on AirBnb. The villa is nicely styled, clean, has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and everything is of good quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and always quickly responding to questions. We definitely consider returning one day.

The house is very nice with a large private outdoor space. The place is very quiet while being close to all amenities on foot. We had a great week with our two kids who loved the residence's swimming pool and the skate park 5min walk away. Gracias Marcos!!

Wonderful stay for 7 nights. The casa was beautiful with amazing views, our family of 4 felt at home for the week. Serge & Wampie were wonderful hosts, great communicators and very accommodating, they could not have been better hosts. They gave amazing tips for local restaurants for the family, places to go and see and where to go for local shops. The area had amazing views, a car is a must if you have kids. The home had beautiful gardens and an amazing bbq area. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. We cant wait to go back!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We absolutely loved our stay in Dido and Amy’s house - super location in Javea’s historic centre yet very quiet and the accommodation itself even better than the photos. Immaculately clean and well maintained and plenty of room for a full compliment of 5 guests. We would definately return if ever in the same area again. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful 4 night stay.

Charming beachfront accommodation to disconnect. Laura informed us of everything and was very friendly.

We absolutely fell in love with this place, the view is stunning, super close to the best calas of javea. Very quite and beautiful area. David and Aitana were excellent hosts. We are definitely coming back again

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Fantastic stay. The villa is gorgeous and well worth the price. It was easy to find, check in was stress free and the host was extremely responsive.

Both Catina and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and kept cool thanks to the fans. It was located in a quiet place and close to the beach, a very beautiful white sandy beach and turquoise waters and a promenade full of shops. In addition, with the car you can easily access the old town and other coves/beaches. Wonderful place to disconnect.

What a great place - just what we needed to unwind for a long weekend

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is so beautiful. Just steps away to the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the waves every morning was amazing. The space was well appointed, we had everything we needed. Chema was super responsive and really helpful. Overall, a magical place if you just want to get away from it all!

We have stayed in Javea many times but this was our first in this lovely homely and well furnished house in a quiet development only a stones throw from Arenal Beach and restaurant area. Iryna provides many generous touches including toiletries and shampoo etc in all the bathrooms, extra towels for the pool, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and condiments, cleaning products and lots of books and board games in the living room. We were there for the cycling so the weather was perfect but maybe a bit too early in the year for a beach holiday as it was cloudy and cool most mornings though often clearing by the afternoon. Also quite a few of the other houses in the development were still empty or having renovation work done. However it did mean we had the pool pretty much to ourselves. Would definitely return to Iryna's place though maybe around Sept or October would be ideal.

We had a great week as a family. The house is true to the photos, very comfortable and welcoming. Miguel Ángel was always willing, very quick to respond and very attentive.

Zuzana was kind and easy to reach, helpful and kind. I really recommend this house, not far from the beach, an easy 7 minute walk. The beach and the surroundings was perfect, the beachwalk and many of the restaurants was really good. I would say that the beach was the best one in the area. So thanks from 3 super satisfied Swedish men Zuzana, we would love to come back.

A 10-star experience. The house is just as seen in the photos. Everything was super clean. Rocio was attentive at all times and answered messages very quickly. The location is ideal, close to the beach, restaurants and has a taxi stop in case you want to see other areas. Right below. We would definitely repeat!

Casa Leana was amazing!!! A very worthy 5 star!! Fantastic villa in a wonderful location, furnished beautiful, perfect pool in mature landscaped grounds. Location is quiet and only a 5 minute drive from the Arenal offering a fabulous beach, restaurants and shopping! Absolutely perfect for our family of 5 with kids aged 6, 12 and 14. Communication was excellent throughout and Raf was extra helpful and accommodating! I can't recommend this place highly enough! Already planning our next visit!!!
