Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Sara's home was amazing!! Stunning views, easy access to the beach and Altea casco antiguo - which is also stunning!! You will not be disappointed! My only suggestion is to change out the primary bedroom mattress. It is very uncomfortable, in my opinion, unless you enjoy a hard mattress. There is a parking space but the garage is very tight. We rented a car - they gave us a Subaru Forester and one night we could not park in the garage due to how other cars were parked. Our car was too large. If you come with a smaller one you will be fine.

Really beautiful and cosy apartment, 5min walk to the main square but at the same time on a very peaceful and quiet street. Public parking 1min walk from the apartment. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy with balcony accessable from the living room and the bedroom, with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed my evenings there with a glass of wine and didn't even want to go out. A few min drive to Guadalest Reservoir parking where I did a hike around the reservoir. Found a secluded place for sunbathing with a book and enjoying a swim to cool down. Exponentia was always responsive within max 30min, and helpful in her responses. Good price for what was on offer and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

We were 4 couples with small children 0-2 years old. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were attentive to us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

We absolutely loved our stay in Dido and Amy’s house - super location in Javea’s historic centre yet very quiet and the accommodation itself even better than the photos. Immaculately clean and well maintained and plenty of room for a full compliment of 5 guests. We would definately return if ever in the same area again. Property as described. In particular I would call out how well-stocked it was. All of the basics you could ever think of.. water dispenser, pool towels, fully stocked kitchen, board games etc. would recommend.

The house is very nice with a large private outdoor space. The place is very quiet while being close to all amenities on foot. We had a great week with our two kids who loved the residence's swimming pool and the skate park 5min walk away. Gracias Marcos!!

Wonderful stay for 7 nights. The casa was beautiful with amazing views, our family of 4 felt at home for the week. Serge & Wampie were wonderful hosts, great communicators and very accommodating, they could not have been better hosts. They gave amazing tips for local restaurants for the family, places to go and see and where to go for local shops. The area had amazing views, a car is a must if you have kids. The home had beautiful gardens and an amazing bbq area. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. We cant wait to go back!

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Really clean, spacious, fab location and extremely well equipped. The cooking facilites were absolutely great, the washing machine and the supply of washing liquid was much apprechiated. We were staying for a cycling trip and having been in the area twice before, this was by far the best location. The supermarket is just a 15 mins walk away and there is even a lovely back route to take you there. It was great having access to a pool too. The small bar in the square at Lliber also does great food (Fri and Sat evenings). All in all a great stay and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back!

Amazing stay in Javea. The apartment is central in the town. Lovely top floor apartment with a large double bedroom, bunkbeds (with a walk-in wardrobe) and large balcony.

We had a nice time in Denia. All amenities were present in the apartment and the bed was very nice! After some searching around, we discovered a very nice street with restaurants in Denia and also in the harbor there were plenty of good and cozy restaurants.

Very lovely place, nice and quiet neighbourhood. We had a great time!
