I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

We had a very comfortable stay, everything we needed was provided & much more! Very thoughtful, friendly, helpful family. We will be back for sure. Can't thank Victoria, Daniel & Daniel Junior enough - thanks a million again 🤗

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Apartment with spectacular views in a peaceful and residential area. Clean and functional accommodation. Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a nice restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building (check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a great stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect and contains everything you need for a successful vacation. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into town. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return by plane to Norway and then got to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I would love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

I stayed at Carlos’ wonderful apartment for three weeks and loved it. I have mobility issues and the fact that there was a lift and it’s on the raised ground floor was perfect for me. The front and back terraces mean sunshine all day and the complex pool and amenities are fabulous. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Carlos was very helpful, communicative and kind. An amazing stay!

Elvis was a fabulous super host. We were late arriving due to a traffic accident on the Granvia, and he obliged us with late check in and complimentary drinks at the local Bar. His apartment was spotless and close to restaurants, shopping and especially the beach. Wonderful stay. Would love to return.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable mattress is worth mentioning - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer a magnificent view. The presence of a car is very useful because of the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended vacation home!!

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

We were kindly welcomed by Victor. The apartment was clean and matched the description. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was present. Clean towels, good coffee maker and reliable wifi. The host also had nice tips for activities. We will definitely come back.

Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. We spent 14 days in Iris' apartment. Everything was wonderful from A to Z. Iris is an extremely warm and friendly woman. On arrival: We were allowed to check in a little earlier and Iris greeted us with flowers. That was very nice. In the kitchen, Iris provided us with water, which is also very thoughtful. The apartment is located in a well-kept garden with pool. The surroundings are very quiet, the neighbors are all very friendly. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Everything you need to live is there. Iris even provided us with a milk frother :-) We walked a lot from the apartment to the sea, it is about 15 minutes. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment! Thank you, Iris!

We had a nice time in Denia. All amenities were present in the apartment and the bed was very nice! After some searching around, we discovered a very nice street with restaurants in Denia and also in the harbor there were plenty of good and cozy restaurants.
