The house, with a modern and rural style renovation, is small and charming but very comfortable and cozy, super well equipped and with all the details to make your stay easier. Both the accommodation and the village, of which we are already regulars, are well worth it if what you are looking for is tranquility and a beautiful village and landscape close to many places of interest in the Marina Alta region. An incredible place for its natural beauty,silence , pine forest perfume,mountains and see the sea. The house is very comfortable ,with impeccable tableware cleaning also .. the communication in the moment and disposition. The jacuzzi is a special touch..thank you 🫂

We had an amazing week with friends at this place. The house is really beautiful, spacious and perfectly equipped. The rooms are comfortable, ideal for resting after busy days. The surrounding cities are charming with plenty of activities to do, whether it's cultural tours or more sporty outings. Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful villa. Everything was wonderfully clean upon arrival and exactly as in the pictures. The children could play football and play next to the house without having to be mindful of neighbors. David responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This house seems too nice to be true, but nothing lied to the description. If you have any doubts, I say: absolutely book!

We had a lovely stay at Remedios’ place. The house was really spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the calm, peaceful village. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is small but more than enough for my couple and me, someone else could even be accommodated as it has sofa bed. The terrace is quite large so in summer you have to be great and you are next to the beach. Both Encarnación and her sister were lovely and left us oranges as detail, which were so good. We will be back for sure but this time in the summer with better weather.

The accommodation is well located a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a grocery store right next door, very convenient. The kids enjoyed playing on the square at the foot of the building: small playground and fountains.

We have wonderful one month stay in the peaceful and sunny place. Easy take bus and train to everywhere. Mr. Antonio always reply my questions quickly and helpful. He pick us up at Cullera train station and introduce the house details for us. We feel sadly leave here because it's comfortable like our home. Thanks so much for Juan.

The apartment is very beautiful and modern, it is very well equipped, we have everything we need, moreover the neighbors do not make any noise, the airco is present in all the bedrooms except the kitchen and the bathroom the only drawback is the 4 floors to go up with the suitcases but it's doable, the host is very friendly and responds quickly

The host was friendly and always responsive to messages. Monica was lovely, very patient, and welcomed us warmly despite our late check-in. The location is spectacular, with stunning views. Excellent apartment, spacious living room, beautiful large terrace, 2 very neat bathrooms. Everything was available in the kitchen, including things to cook with (pepper and salt, oil and vinegar, herbs). The garden and swimming pool are well maintained and look beautiful. I had a nice stay, with an excellent host, even though everyone had bad luck with the weather in Spain this spring!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of of bars, restaurants and shops. Only 1 minute to the beach. Patrica was a very good host, communicated everything and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.
