It is a newly renovated studio, and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quiet and happy stay. It's great for couples, and if you have a baby, you'll be very welcome! It is located right on the seafront, where you can enjoy a pleasant and beautiful promenade. A beautiful beach with crystal clear waters, the best the Mediterranean has to offer. There are many bars and restaurants around, you can find a supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

Top apartment in a unique location We've been to Xabia many times. This was by far the apartment with the most pleasant amenities, furnished with attention to detail. In a great location right on the sea with views from the balcony and also from the apartment, you fell asleep with sea noises at the open window and woke up with a beautiful sunrise. Kiek and Juan welcomed us competently and warmly, took great care of the two weeks of our stay, were always available and were also there for us in case of problems that had nothing to do with the rental. Thanks to Kiek and Juan. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and the landlords and will be happy to come back.

Thank you Salvador for staying with you. We were there for a month and we didn't miss anything. Salvador was always available and helped us immediately in every situation. We couldn't have felt more comfortable. You are really right on the beach, it is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance.

Salvador's accommodation is fantastic… the perfect house, just as in the photos, it has all the amenities and everything is very modern … the surroundings, very easy to get around by car to the nearby towns and cities, although with the exit to the sea there will be those who do not want to move from there… a great family experience…

We were blown away by Conors place, it has stunning views from both the balcony and the bedroom. The location is amazing, right on the beach. It's at the quiet side of the promenade but so close to the restaurants and shops. The apartment is so clean, lovely linen and fresh towels, even towels for the beach. It has everything that you need and more for a home from home holiday. Conor was a great host, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a stress free break. He was so helpful, easy to contact and responded quickly. We had a great experience in Cullera, we will definitely return and will recommend Conor's apartment to our family and friends.

Myself and my Girlfriend booked this apartment for a work trip and it was perfect. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and very stylish as well as stocked full of all the amenities you need to feel at home! German was an amazing host. The check in process was super easy and he was great recommending local restaurants etc. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!
