Beach house vacation rentals in Platja de Gandia

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Amazing accommodation , great and peaceful location right next to the beach. The house itself was very comfortable, everything we needed was there . I personally loved the outdoor spaces . There is a great outdoor kitchen in the back and nice outdoor chilling zone forwards. It’s great for children and dogs also, because you can close up the space and be relaxed. 100% recommended

We stayed in this fishermen's house again for another year. The location is perfect, very close to restaurants, attractions, etc. The terrace is ideal for relaxing with views of the Castle at sunset. The service with Cris is unbeatable: she is attentive at the right level and it is easy to communicate with her. We will be back for sure

The stay was perfect. The house is almost better when you are there. There's no missing detail. And the host was there for us at all times for us to enjoy our stay. A 10 for him too.

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean, comfortable, safe (bars on all doors and windows) mosquito nets on the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one floor, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time. The only objection is the lack of kitchenware (plates and glasses). We had to buy half a dozen, and the lack of a dishwasher (essential these days). Keep in mind that our stay was long, and we made many meals at home. Otherwise, fantastic

An incredible place for its natural beauty,silence , pine forest perfume,mountains and see the sea. The house is very comfortable ,with impeccable tableware cleaning also .. the communication in the moment and disposition. The jacuzzi is a special touch..thank you 🫂

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Thank you so much for a nice stay Arno, will probably be back🤩

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

A great spot for our family stay. Location was good, pool and outdoor amenities were excellent for enjoying some sun. Communication and check-in/out process was super easy. Highly recommended.

A very complete and equipped house, the listing was accurate and the area was very quiet. We really liked the garden as it was very clean, well-kept and with all the details. Check-in and communication with the hosts was very easy.

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

We recommend this rental. Miguel is a great host. The house is very functional, the pool is excellent. The beach, a 5-minute walk, is very pretty and not very busy. In short, a great plan!

We stayed with friends (10) 8 days at Danny's and everything went very well. The house is extremely well located by the water, 2 steps from an excellent restaurant "la paillote", a very nice house for holidays. The outside remains to be improved, especially to have shade areas ( the work starts in September) but very sincerely we had a great holiday. Each room has its own bathroom, upstairs kitchen, kitchen on the ground floor, everything is very convenient even if we spent all our time outside, comfort and interior design were at the Rendezvous. Danny was very nice, very responsive and attentive, we recommend this house and its simply magical sea view. Thanks Danny.

A great place to switch off ..the sea wakes you up in the morning and lets you sleep better at night.. the house is exactly as you see it in the pictures..Gabriel gets in touch quickly and reliably..we would come back anytime..

The house is great as seen, everything is very well cared for and some newly renovated areas. The house is in an urbanization 10 minutes from Javea with beaches and areas of interest. It has space pa to leave two cars and park well outside. The pool area and very way barbecue, also the playground area for children with grass area. The kitchen is very good and has almost everything, the living room is true that it does not have air conditioning but the area and spaces do not make it indispensable either. In the rooms yes there, what I don't remember if in all. There are 3 bedrooms and a shared area with sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. The 3 rooms are very good and very spacious. By taking out a but, the sofa bed area is in the pass area upstairs but has a bathroom. And another small inconvenience is that the two rooms below share one's private bathroom. This issue of distribution is the only drawback, but for a few days nothing happens. Gabriela is charming and predisposed.
