Cozy apartment in Gandia Beach with air conditioning in the living room. 6th floor with lots of light and ventilation. The rooms have ceiling fans. Views of Bayren Castle and a natural setting. Large balcony for lunch or dinner. It has a fantastic tennis court. Both the pool and the community garden are maintained daily by the concierge. Easy access to the facilities by ramps. The beach is 500m away. Rent only to families or quiet people. Over 28 years of age.

Located on the beachfront, on the top floor, it offers the best panoramic views of the sea of the entire beach of Gandía. The house was newly renovated in February, everything is brand new, fully equipped. It has a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Crib available under request. Fiber WiFi and smart TV. Air conditioning. Dishwasher. In the best area of the beach, with all the restaurants and services around.

Very quiet area, away from noise and with many nearby services such as restaurant, cafeteria, bakery, supermarket, newspaper, etc. Bus stop nearby. Equipped with air conditioning and heating. Kitchen equipped with countertop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Very bright and well ventilated. It's a fourth floor without an elevator.

Nice apartament at Playa de Gandía

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. You can enjoy a wide range of restaurants and food, it is ideal for families and for young people site as it has a great atmosphere of bars. It has bus service to go to town and supermarkets nearby as well as a variety of activities. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups, and pets. We don't rent to groups of young people.
