Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Comfortable stay, walking distance to the beach, private parking and amenities close by. Communication with the host was great

Leuk huis om te vertoeven waarbij de nodige faciliteiten aanwezig waren. Het enige gemis was een ligstoel zodat we wat op eigen terrein konden genieten van 't zonneke. Heerlijk om 's morgens gewoon de appelsienen te kunnen plukken en vers te persen. Tevens kortbij een natuurpark waar het heerlijk wandelen is. Bij aankomst werden we héél hartelijk ontvangen door Nando en kregen dan ook info omtrent de omgeving, bezienswaardigheden en de lekkere restaurants. Denia is niet ver af en heeft zoveel te bieden. Het gaf ons een vakantie- en thuisgevoel. Bedankt! Dit adresje houden we zeker in gedachten.

Hemos ido solo para 1 noche y hemos estado muy agusto. Álvaro es muy amable y muy dispuesto a hacer mejor la estancia. Ah!! en el alojamiento teníamos de todo y se agradece mucho. Espero volver 🙏🏼

Una casa fantastica e impecable. Zona exterior preciosa con unas vistas increibles y fresquito. El jacuzzi y la piscina estaban muy limoios y ea una gozada poder disfrutar de ellos. Luke muy amable y atento, a la vez que muy discreto. Muchas gracias, para repetir.

Wij hadden een zeer fijn verblijf in Altea Hills. Het huis was geweldig en de jacuzzi was heel fijn. Het uitzicht op de zee en op de bergen is ontzettend mooi! Het contact met Eric verliep zeer vlot en aangenaam. Een echte aanrader!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige villa. Alles was bij aankomst heerlijk schoon en precies zoals op de foto's. De kinderen konden lekker voetballen en spelen naast het huis zonder dat ze rekening met buren hoefden te houden. Bij vragen reageerde David direct en was heel erg behulpzaam. Dit huis lijkt te mooi om waar te zijn, maar aan de beschrijving is niets gelogen. Mocht je twijfelen, dan zeg ik: absoluut boeken!

Nos ha encantado la casa, acogedora, limpia, con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Las vistas increíbles, daban ganas de no salir para poder disfrutar de la terraza. David contestó rápido a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda para repetir, muy recomendable.

un fin de semana perfecto, el alojamiento es lo que buscaba,tranquilo y privacidad. teniendo muy cerca todo lo necesario para ir a la playa,restaurantes,ocio ,etc. Fernando es muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. recomendando totalmente para ir a disfrutar y desconectar a la cabaña.

¡100% recomendable! Nuestra estancia en la casa rural fue simplemente perfecta. Ana y su marido son unos anfitriones excepcionales: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa es impresionante, amplia y con muchísimo encanto. Éramos un grupo de 13 amigos y tuvimos espacio de sobra. A pesar de ser invierno, la temperatura en el interior fue muy agradable en todo momento. Uno de los mayores placeres fue disfrutar de sus dos chimeneas en el enorme salón, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Además, el entorno es una maravilla: en plena naturaleza, rodeado de una inmensa pinada ideal para rutas de senderismo. Si viajas con niños o mascotas, este lugar es perfecto. Sin duda, repetiremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Gracias por todo! :)

Helt fantastiskt boende i ett gammalt charmigt hus som varsamt renoverats med massor av personliga detaljer. Läget är helt perfekt med en kort promenad från busstationen vart man kan ta sig med buss från Alicante flygplats (Alsa buss). Man bor mer eller mindre på gågatan mot centrum så det finns gott om sevärdheter och annat att upptäcka runt hörnet. Denia är en väldigt fin gammal stad med intressant historik genom årtusenden. Det finns mycket att lära om detta på Museet i den gamla borgen. Boendet passade oss väldigt bra och vi utnyttjade köket för matlagning vid flera tillfällen. Köket var väl utrustat och med många matbutiker runt hörnet var det enkelt att få mat på bordet. Jag upplevde inga nackdelar med boendet och siktar på att komma tillbaka fler gånger! Det kan inte bli bättre!

Lynne és molt atenta i amable, un encant. Ens ha donat totes les facilitats del món, tant a l'entrada com a l'eixida, i ens hem sentit com a casa. La ubicació que ens va facilitar era molt precisa, i la casa és encantadora. Molt tranquil·la, enmig de la muntanya, ideal per desconnectar i descansar. És menuda i acollidora, però perfecta per al que nosaltres necessitàvem. Trobar-nos el riu va ser una sorpresa per a nosaltres, encara que és cert que el pont per creuar no està en molt bones condicions i has d'anar amb precaució. L'entorn és inmillorable i l'atenció personal, també. Lynne és un encant i va ser un plaer conèixer-la.

Ich habe lange darüber nachgedacht, was ich Trixie für ihr Haus schreiben möchte. Von Herzen Danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Dieser Ort und die Menschen haben meine Kinder, meine Eltern und mich mit viel Freundlichkeit und Herzenswärme beschenkt. Eine der kuscheligen Katzen hat meine Katzenallergie geheilt, die anderen Katzen haben meine demente Mama beglückt. Kommt besser nicht zu Trixie, wenn Perfektionismus eure eigentliche "Leidenschaft" ist. Alle anderen genießen unfassbares Panorama, Quellwasser trinken, im sanften, grünen Rio Serpis baden. Nachts singen die Vögel und Magie zu jeder Tageszeit. Na gut, den Wildschweinen braucht man nicht unbdingt begegnen..., aber Paulina macht Paella für euch, wenn ihr wollt. The villa looked beautiful on the photographs and we weren’t disappointed on arrival. We arrived before check in but were able to drop off the bags while we walked into town for a look around and found a great selection of bars/restaurants for food. Plenty of shops also in the town. The villa was very clean and comfortable, everything we needed, an ideal place for our family of 5 adults, 1 young child and an infant, cot and high chair was available for use We used the pool every day. Maria was only a message away and very prompt to reply to any queries we had. We had a great time.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

This was our first visit to Moraira and it did not disappoint. The property was perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, town, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful with great communication and helpful recommendations. The property excelled our expectations. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Essentials such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handsoap, cloths, a couple of washing pods were a great help; not all properties provide these. The kitchen was very well equipped with good cooking facilities, a large fridge freezer and a coffee machine. Lots of condiments were also available, should you wish to cook. The outside area was lovely, the pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds as well as outside table and chairs. Had the weather been better we would have used the BBQ provided. We would not hesitate to book with Iain again. Infact we are already planning a trip next Easter. Thank you Iain for making our stay so perfect.

Second time staying at this lovely finca. Quiet and chill environment. Hosts are very accommodating. Great locating for visiting the touristic seaside and quick access to the highway direction Benidorm/Alicante and Valencia/Denia/Xavea.

Helene’s villa in La Xara is a beautiful place to get away and indulge your creativity! The instructions to get there were clear, and we were directed to the villa by one of Helene’s team. The villa is stunning, private, with a pool and beautiful trees and native birds. We arrived mid-April so it was cool but free from mosquitoes! The villa had amazing hot water and great water pressure, as well as great WiFi. You need to buy drinking water in the area but a supermarket walking distance away has bottled water as well as firewood for the amazing fireplace. The beds are comfortable, breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool is amazing, and we’d love to come back again - my friend, a pianist, wrote an EP there, and I finished a screenplay is the tranquil settings. You’re also quite close to Denia and its beach and shops. We loved our stay - five stars - thank you Helene!

Un super logement dans une résidence paisible avec une splendide piscine équipée d'un bar. Il est situé à proximité d'une magnifique plage, et le centre de Dénia, avec ses nombreux restaurants et son charme à découvrir, est facilement accessible en voiture. C’est très agréable et facile de communiquer avec Carine et Marisa. Nous avons passé 2 magnifique semaines ! Merci
