The watchman's house is a sensational place, the neighborhood is excellent, the view is wonderful, and the house is exactly as pictured! We had an excellent winter holiday, enjoying the view and the peace that the neighborhood's silence provides. A 10!

Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking—it's hard to imagine anything better. Thank you so much, Sergio, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Our stay in this house was simply perfect! It's such a cozy place that you don't want to leave. Everything is new and well decorated, with a touch of care in every detail. In addition to being beautiful, the house is extremely functional, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is a great advantage: close to the center of Guarda do Embaú, which made our tours and access to everything much easier. We recommend with eyes closed and we will definitely return!

The house is amazing! The view is perfect! The Jacuzzi was key! The house is excellent in every detail. We went on a cold weekend and there were blankets for everyone! A delight! The only thing that didn't match the quality of everything else was the beds and mattresses. We'll be back for sure

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, with a spectacular sunrise view. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

Great location, beautiful beach!

Wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, well maintained, comfortable and super complete. The location is excellent, close to the beach and with easy access to everything we needed during the trip. We felt at home from beginning to end. Communication with the host was also great, always thoughtful and helpful. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to rest!

Great ! As the ad says, next to everything . I felt at home , it was very clean and organized. I loved it all , very cozy with a great terrace to play dominoes and playing cards , having fun with the family. Absolutely we will return 😍🥰

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They are nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the being. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You can eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

We felt very good on the days we were hosted, we enjoyed the region very much, the natural beauty, and the space of the apartment is great, very good ventilation too. Cleanliness and furniture are ok. We loved the pampering left for our experience! We highly recommend it.

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. Ney, was a very helpful host, and polite, when I asked for information responded promptly. the location is great, in a few minutes you are in the center or on the northern beaches of the island, for us it was perfect.

It was an amazing experience, John's apartment is extremely comfortable, everything was clean, cozy and the view of the beach is the most beautiful thing. I loved it; and I will definitely come back more often.

Amanda is a great host, responsive and helpful! Location was peaceful, convenient store attached, and very good value for the money. Only downside was no hot water in kitchen but was not a big problem. Clean drinking water filter in kitchen, good TV setup, Nice hammock to relax on by the window too. Recommend!

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

Great spot in Centro Floripa

The apartment is new and very well taken care of. All the rooms were extremely clean and the apartment has many appliances that help in everyday life. The parking space is also good and accommodates SUV vehicles with ease of maneuvering. The condominium has a garden inspired by Thailand, with many plants and a great leisure structure, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool and with lanes, very well-equipped gym, better than many hotels. The host was always very helpful and answered all my questions. I recommend it!
