It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, we are behind the seashore. in one of the best locations, the streets are paved, and there is a market nearby. A very quiet neighborhood. The center of Pinheira is about 10 minutes on foot along the beach. We do not have a covered garage, the car is in the courtyard.
