Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Débora and caring family members, a very well located place, 200m from the beach (I didn't even use the car), walking to the center of Pinheira, safe, everything working perfectly. When I go to Guarda again, I'll definitely stay there.

The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

Lu's house is wonderful! With a unique location and view of Guarda do Embaú. It has all the necessary accessories for a couple and an incredible vibe.

Janine was the perfect host! Her home was absolutely beautiful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Janine allowed us to change our check in time the day we were due to arrive as we had a change in our plans which was very helpful as we were travelling with children! Language was no barrier for the communication which was amazing and we felt at home. There is everything you could ever need from a holiday home - including towels for the pool/beach, chairs and parasols for the beach and a few different toys/buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach so we didn’t have to buy our own which was handy! The place was spotless and Janine arranged to have a cleaner come in midweek which was a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the balcony views which are incredible! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Floripa I hope we can stay in Janines beautiful home again :)

Our stay was great, even with a rainy day, it was worth it because the cottage has everything you need to spend a few days. Chico helped us a lot when we needed it and Diego responded quickly when we needed it, that is, I recommend the chalets.

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It's close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The time we spent there was great.

AWESOME!! Just for the view, it's worth the stay. - Incredible view at any time; - Comfortable environment; district - Excellent cleaning; - Privacy; - It has many outdoor areas. Even the house's parking lot has a view!! In addition to this, there is another main balcony, a large pool area and the pier area. In other words, these are spaces that in other places are all shared, but here they are PRIVATE! Are you going to wash dishes? There's a view; Are you having a barbecue? It has a view Are you going to sleep in the master bedroom? It has a view. Besides, the house is well-equipped, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. And not to mention the pool. I only suggest one thing: that the photocell-type sconce lights of the pool and others have a switch as well. Why? Sleeping with the black-out curtain open in the master bedroom is fantastic. Only the lights of Florianópolis and Enseada give that incredible air and you can sleep peacefully. With the photocell lights that turn on automatically, there is too much light. It is more difficult to sleep.

Phenomenal stay. The view is priceless along with the dining room and grill. Everything included. Strongly recommend this air b n b for an unforgettable vacation in Floripa.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's viewpoint is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it...Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

The accommodation was amazing from the time of booking. I fell in love with the photos of the house and the landscape that can be seen from the house. After booking, closer to entering the house, communication was excellent. Upon arrival, we were super well received by the owners. They are cute and prepared everything with great affection to make us feel at home. And it was just a good surprise. The house is much more beautiful than in the photos. The landscape is the most beautiful thing in the world. The house is super complete, with amazing decor, close to many good restaurants and located in a super charming and quiet village. I recommend it to anyone and I will definitely return on other occasions!!

Honestly, the house surprised me, the score has to be 1000, because it perfectly meets the purpose, beautiful house, wonderful pool, very well maintained, very spacious, Cleverton is very attentive and responds very quickly and very clearly. I recommend it to everyone, really beautiful, cozy, very good stove and firewood, we had wonderful moments.

The stay was perfect. The cottage is wonderful, cozy and well-equipped, with a highlight being the hot tub and fireplace. Everything exactly as shown in the photos. Easy access, and the view is incredible. Host Bruna was always helpful and gave us all the necessary information, including tips on tours and restaurants.

A little piece of heaven! We were hosted very well by Nathalia, and by the neighbors of the forest😍. The shelter is very clean, very well equipped and the views are incredible. It's a peaceful oasis, the atmosphere of the place is really great, you feel expected! Probably the most relaxing accommodation I've visited. Thanks so much!

I recently stayed at this wonderful beach house, and it truly exceeded all expectations! The stunning ocean views and cozy atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. The house is great! Everything was very organized and clean. We felt at home, as it had all the necessary comforts. The host was impeccable, always helpful and attentive. We loved it! We'll be back for sure.

The stay was spotless. Brand new apartment with all planned furniture. The apartment has everything (and a little more..) the q is necessary for a family to enjoy the holidays. We went in 7 people (6 adults + 1 child) and were very well accommodated. Township of the sea, crystalline water. The host Denise met us very well both at check-in and at checkout, she was very helpful, making us feel at home. We hope we will be able to return soon.
