The stay was very good. The apartment is exactly like in the photos, it is quite wide, has new air conditioned and in perfect operation in all rooms, utensils available as described. It is 1 and a half from the beach, close to the supermarket, pharmacy... it is possible to do everything without the car, even if you need it is all very close.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying at the place, the hosts were always very helpful, attentive and always responded quickly when we had any questions. The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. In addition, everything happened correctly and very efficiently. We thank Mrs. Renata and her husband for all their support and willingness!

The weather was perfect. The house where we stayed was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. Lady Izete was very friendly and helpful. We also took the opportunity to do some activities, such as boat trips and hiking along the region's trails. Nature is really lush around here! Undoubtedly, we recommend Praia da Pinheira for those looking for a relaxing and adventure-filled stay. Stay was very good. Very beautiful and quiet place, perfect for which you want quiet mainly because we were in the low season. The house had everything we need, it comes close to the beach of Sonho and Ponta do Paragaio. And by car is a few minutes from Pinheira de Cima which is an excellent beach and also by Guarda do Embaú. Marcelo was an excellent host, still gave us delicious treats from his parents' place (wonderful jellies) and a wine. We will definitely be back.

Our accommodation was very good. We were in four adults, a baby and a puppy. All very nice and clean. Janaina was an excellent host and responded to us quickly. Good location, close to beach and market. Quiet Local. There was a playground nearby which was great for playing with our baby. Only the internet did not work very well, but it did not bother us, since we went to rest and stay with family and we hardly used it. We'd sure to book again

Excellent lodging, a simple but comforting apartment! It has the best location of Guarda do Embau. Wake Up with the view of the Rio da Madre finding the sea has no price! We will return more often!

We had a great experience in this space! The house is very well located , just a few minutes' walk from the beach, which was perfect for us to enjoy the sea without having to worry about transportation. The property is complete and functional , with all the utensils necessary for a comfortable stay: equipped kitchen, crockery, pans, and even household appliances as a washing machine, which was a hand on the wheel during our trip. In addition, all three bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring quiet nights even on the hottest days. Highlight for the host, who was extremely attentive and receptive from the first contact. She welcomed us with great sympathy, explained everything about the space and was always available to ask questions or help with tips from the region. The care of impeccable cleanliness and the organization of the site also impressed us greatly. I highly recommend this accommodation for those seeking practicality, comfort and a cozy stay

We loved the stay. Ronaldo is attentive, cordial and friendly. He responded to the requests made and gave us tips for sightseeing, always helpful. The apartment is as shown in the photos, close to the sea. Quiet, very residential location. There's not much to do at night, but that wasn't a problem :) I would definitely come back.

Inn right in the center and next to the beach! Very attentive and supportive staff! The only point that could really improve is the distance from the parking lot, I found it a little far. But since everything is close, you can do a lot on foot and you can also unload your bags in front of the room. Other than that, the location and view make up for it!

A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

I stayed and didn't want to leave! I want to live in this house, haha, very good location! Both the neighborhood and the house, host Leo left the house impeccable, super clean, well decorated, well used space (it had exactly what I wanted!) The building managers live on site and helped me with everything! Perfect kitchen, several bathrooms for comfort, leisure area and barbecue It's sunny for almost 12 hours (and has good curtains). You can see both the sunrise and the sunset. Wonderful heated bathtub, very comfortable place to work. I'll definitely come back more often

I really liked the place, when we arrived we already smelled clean, all very clean. We only had a problem with the TV that didn't work, it was very slow. Boa Bed, clean and smelling bed linen. Kitchen Basic was able to turn around. The only part of putting the car on the street was not very good, there were few vacancies. But overall I really liked it, close to everything to go with the car. Cozy place

Very good apartment, with good accommodations, full kitchen, very good shower, good jacuzzi. The property is in a beautiful resort, with several attractions, such as a pier, lagoon, saunas, swimming pools, including a thermal pool that, by the way, has an excellent temperature for cold days. Gicele gave us all the necessary information and was very kind in the flexibility of schedules. We intend to go back for sure.
