The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has an elevator, barbecue, fans in the living room and in the bedrooms. We have air CONDITIONING in the rooms. Garage for 1 CAR. It is located on the beach near Morro do cristo at 80 meters from Praia. It is close to a pharmacy market and a butcher's restaurant. It is allowed small dogs, but they will not be able to be alone in the apartment, as they bark a lot and annoy the neighbors. You will need to send photos of the documents to release access to the condominium.

The apartment is located on the corner of Café Curaçao! On the same block, there are two restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a pharmacy, a bikini shop and a beverage distributor. In front of Curaçao is the Brasão supermarket (now with a food court and cinema!) Available in the apartment are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart that turns into a table for transporting beach items, a large cooler and a frescobol. Just arrive and enjoy!
