Extremely well located , close to the main avenue and the beach, to go on foot in both. A house made by my family with great quality in every respect. Large space with two 🏠 separate houses. In total there are 3 large suites, two kitchens and a dining room. A large leisure space with barbecue, living room and garden. *Attention* Inside the same land resides the housekeeper Mauro, in his own installation. It is the focal point for any repairs, supports and clarifications.

The house comfortably accommodates 14 people, with a complete set of dishes for 14 people, a sandwich maker, toaster, water filter, blender, mixer, and a brewer. Air conditioning in all rooms, rooms and Gourmet space. All beds are bespoke, new pocketed spring mattresses. Near the beach, with 03 swimming pools, sand court, game room.
