It is 1 block from the beach. With 1 living room/kitchen + 1 bedroom (en-suite), it has all the comforts for the guest to save money and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: it has a double bed + a bunk bed in the living room. It's in the back of my house. I have 2 dogs in the yard, but there is a gate that divides the edicule from the front house. The car should be parked on the grass in front of the house (quiet neighborhood).

Simple accommodations for those who want to enjoy the beaches of the Matinhos and Pontal do Paraná region. House in the back of the house where the hostess Roseli, her husband and daughter live. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Two extra bedrooms with bathroom (attached to the house) are available for rent for an additional 8 people (with extra charges). Internal parking for up to four cars. Showers and a clothesline are also available in the yard. It is the last house on a cul-de-sac, very quiet.

Hello traveler. Our house is in the back but is super cozy. Only 2 people live in the other house in the yard. We are located in the Center of Matinhos, on the street of the Igreja Matriz and Praça Central de Matinhos. Near the house, you will find a market, bakeries, cafes, and you can walk to these places. The beach is 900 meters from our space and the boardwalk with a wide variety of shops to stroll is a few meters away. I'm sure you'll love our space and our location.

There is a beautiful side yard and a covered parking space for 2 cars. It is just 8 minutes from Ubatuba Beach. There are supermarkets and pharmacies within a 15-minute walk. Our stay was very good and peaceful. The house has a well, so we don't run out of water any day. The house is very cozy and has everything we needed. Dona Lídia e Fabrício (Dona Lídia e Fabrício), very attentive and helpful. My only recommendation would be to put a body mirror and if possible a wifi, because the city was full, the phone signal was not working.
