Quiet family environment, 9 minutes to Praia do Gato (600-meter walk), 2.6 km to Morro Cristo, close to a market and restaurant. The house has all the basic amenities: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, stove, freezer, water dispenser, TV, washing machine, table, chairs, sofa, etc. There are 5 double beds, 1 trundle bed, and 1 single bed.
