Sea front house.. feet in the sand

The view is indescribable – it's like a dream waking up and having breakfast with a view of the ocean. We offer great Wi-Fi, a SmartTV, an excellent barbecue area, and a large garden to enjoy. The townhouse has been recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 1 en-suite bedroom with air conditioning, 1 additional bedroom, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms have a ceiling fan and are dark for a good night's sleep!

Quiet family environment, 9 minutes to Praia do Gato (600-meter walk), 2.6 km to Morro Cristo, close to a market and restaurant. The house has all the basic amenities: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, stove, freezer, water dispenser, TV, washing machine, table, chairs, sofa, etc. There are 5 double beds, 1 trundle bed, and 1 single bed. There is a 3-meter-long, 2.2-meter-wide, 0.70-meter-deep swimming pool, a covered garage for 2 cars, a fenced front area for 5 cars, and an electric gate. bring bedding, pillow, towel, blanket, sheet, (not included) not provided
