An excellent option for family vacations, especially for those traveling with children. The house is very close to the quiet beach, which provided moments of fun and also rest. Without a doubt, it is an option that meets the needs of those seeking leisure and comfort during the holidays very well, as the house has a cozy atmosphere and a great location.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The villa is excellent, very well located and with direct access to the beach — literally foot in the sand. The host has always been attentive and helpful, which made all the difference in our stay. I have nothing to complain about, just thank you for such pleasant days. It's well worth it!

Beautiful house, beautiful place, matches the description and photos, the rooms are actually larger and more comfortable than what you see in the photos. We went as a family, and there were many of us. We were super comfortable. The house is prepared with everything to receive a lot of people. The beach is just a few meters away, and the place is very quiet. Arnaldo welcomed us in an excellent manner and was always available for whatever we needed. Excellent place, we had a beautiful family vacation.

Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!

Our stay was very good, despite the rain, we like the city very much, we intend to return in the summer! The house has everything in relation to appliances, utensils, etc., everything in great condition, House smell, amenities such as the one informed: soaps, towels, some kitchen supplies, etc. the fishman came several times, in short, we have no complaints!!! We loved the house, we managed to get a few sunny days, but the heated pool was the highlight, my son woke up at 6 am and was already going to play in it.... everything was clean, organized, beautiful, quiet place.... every time I needed to ask Cris or Simone questions they were very kind, thank you very much! Our stay was very good, my family loved it and I certainly recommend it!!!

We had a lovely stay at Ivone's place for a week with the family. The house is super comfortable, well equipped, had everything we needed to cook and spend pleasant moments together. Check in was easy and the instructions were very clear. Ivone was excellent, always attentive.
