The townhouse has been recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 1 en-suite bedroom with air conditioning, 1 additional bedroom, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms have a ceiling fan and are dark for a good night's sleep!

Just steps from the beach, the house offers a large leisure area with a pool and an oceanfront deck with a heated jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying your stay even on cold days. There are 4 en-suites with air conditioning, 2 kitchens, a gourmet area with barbecue, 2 TV rooms and large balconies overlooking the sea. 3 parking spaces, accommodates 16 guests and is pet friendly. House with all utensils and bed linens for your convenience.

The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

With distinctive decor, it features integrated environments, a kitchen, a game room, a TV with SKY HD, a barbecue area and a dining room facing the sea. The 3 bedrooms have a queen-size box bed, split air-conditioning. The kitchen is complete, with induction stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and washing machine. It has bed linens, blankets, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas!

It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.
