The house is on the main avenue, 3 minutes from an environment with several foodtrucks, restaurants, shops and live music. For those who like it more hectic, 30 minutes from Praia brava, 40 minutes from Balneário Camboriú and 1 hour from Florianópolis.

The beach is extensive and is surrounded by pristine nature, and has a Blue Flag for the purity of its waters.
