Close to restaurants, bars, pizzerias, markets, bakeries and essential services. It does not have a garage, but it is possible to park on the street in front of the building, which is quiet.

There is no problem with lack of water, as we have a well and a cistern. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have an AIR FRYER.
