The most private+scenic view on quiet south Florianopolis, new in the market and ready for reservations. Large house with gorgeous view to beach and swimming pool. Nice extensive deck, 4 bedrooms (two on top and two below, all with nice sea views), comfortable and stunning romantic views. 3 to 4 internal parking spaces. Our place is in front of the beach, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.

My accommodation offers practically everything: bedding, towels, beach cart, chairs and umbrella, and a full kitchen. NOTE: The photos taken from the second floor are only for the guest to get a sense of the surrounding view.

Great location very close to the beach, accessible and helpful host. Ample parking, calm and quiet place. The loft was great, comfortable space, full kitchen, linens and bathroom including paper. I recommend the place and would definitely come back, the value is very affordable for the location.

The Marcelo space is perfect, of great size, well equipped, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The location is spectacular, with a breathtaking view of the cove. Next to the loft is a bar/restaurant/market, which generates a lot of convenience. We made the boat trip that is a must-see, Marcelo presented us with beautiful and unforgettable places. Great host. Great space. Lovely place.

5 Star Stay! Clean, organized and very well equipped house. We were made to feel very welcome by Salete and feel very comfortable. The place is very quiet and has a convenience around the corner, which sells from food and drinks to even ready-made snacks. Nothing to complain about, the house really is very well equipped and the Salete very dear and attentive. I recommend it and will come back if possible.

The stay in Eva's house (Casa Nala) house was very good. The house has a small balcony on the third floor with a wonderful view of the sea, in addition to the hammock that gives a special charm to the environment. The residence has large glass openings (windows and doors), all with screens to prevent the entry of insects, which allows you to leave them open during the day and night without being bothered by mosquitoes, in addition to ventilating the environment very well. It has two bedrooms and two large bathrooms, extremely clean and with fresh bed linen and towels. The whole kitchen, I didn't miss any items. The living room was comfortable, very cozy. I don't consider it a negative point, but the access to the garage is narrow due to the fact that the street is a service. The hostess, Eva, was very attentive, always responding quickly to questions. It was worth the stay and getting to know the natural attractions of the region.

The house exceeded expectations, everything was very clean, organized and new. I have nothing to complain about. The beach itself has few restaurant options but our idea was to do more things at home, which was very well equipped, Silvio even left some gallons of water and utensils for the beach for us to use. The stay was 100%.
