Zé is a great host and the house is incredible. In less than a minute, you are at the beach and there are restaurants in the area where you can eat great food for a reasonable price.

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

The experience was spotless. Excellent infrastructure of both the condominium and the Philippe space. The listing's photos are exactly what we saw on arrival. This apartment is a gem in Novo Campeche. The location facing the sea, with a view of the waves and the native vegetation and beach dunes are a source of daily contemplation. The decor is extremely tasteful with furniture from well-known designers, premium materials and planned lighting. The rooms (all en-suites) with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, blackout windows, are spacious and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with top brand equipment. Nothing is missing. In the bathrooms there was Granado shampoo and conditioner. The building is calm, the street is very quiet. There is also a swimming pool in front of the building that almost goes unnoticed if you don't go out on foot. Probably the best and most beautiful Airbnb in Novo Campeche.

We had a very good experience in our first location, Cristina always attended us quickly after confirmation. Ambient was like the one posted on the photos.

The stay was wonderful. The house has cozy rooms and a beautiful view. All instructions were super clear and we really enjoyed the place. There is a market nearby (it is expensive but it does the job), there is a garage that fits at least 2 cars, 2 motorcycles and there is still space left. The kitchen is well equipped, the environment is bright and airy, the bathrooms are fragrant and the yard is very worthwhile. On the day of the stay, Marcia had warned that the last guest had problems with the automatic stove lighter, but it was the weekend and there was no way to fix it. Still, she warned him and left a matchbox. You can see the host's care in every detail of the environment she has. Much better than many hotels and inns I've stayed in. Our only problems were the excess wind that blew the smoke from the fireplace back and the water filter that could not provide water for 12 people. There were no major problems. It wasn't a cheap experience, but it was a very good experience.

We really liked the accommodation, Roberto attended to us, the house was clean and organized. We had a disagreement about the listing yesterday, it said there were towels and a hairdryer in the listing. When I got there, there wasn't any. We also had a little difficulty contacting Roberto during the stay, it took about 8 hours to respond in the chat, and that made it a little difficult. But the accommodation itself is small but very cozy, I just advise you to find out what's in the house.

The house is wonderful! All spacious rooms, clean house, full house, huge backyard, tbm pool, very close to Lagoa! We love to spend a few days in the house, and the children even more!! Host Patricia answered us when we need it, all 10! We plan to come back!

This is a beautiful property! Daniel and Flavia have thought of everything you might need for the perfect get-away. Also, Daniel is so nice to make personal recommendations on what to do while there based on the weather. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

We spend 7 days at Noemi's accommodation and love the stay. We feel at home, with all the utensils in the kitchen, spacious and organized bathroom, spacious room as well. We love that the house has a balcony with a barbecue and a hammock to rest. In addition to the comfort, the accommodation is very close to the beach, and can be reached on foot. We recommend!

The place is clean and super organized, the hosts are super gentle, we were greeted by Pedro before check-in as we had a baby and we needed to get organized and a place to leave luggage. They were super understanding and let us in an hour earlier on account of the baby. Thank you for hosting and empathy for both!! The place is great for a family of 3!!❤️In question the lagoon is super close indeed, close to Porto where we took a boat trip and we went to the waterfall, the place is worth it!! In the boat pass, we pay super cheap and cost $38 back and forth.

We spent a few days in Floripa and the weather did not help, as it only rained. So we enjoyed the house and the pool a lot. Spacious house, exactly as in the pictures and easy access to everything. We love it!

The house is very good, it has all the necessary utensils and the heated pool is a differential. Leonardo always helpful and promptly answered all questions. Great rooms, comfortable beds. If you could leave a constructive criticism it would be that the common area (living/dining) could have air conditioning as well. In the high summer I imagine it gets a little too hot
