The apartment is very cozy. It looks like home. Very quiet place. My family loved it. Cold/hot air conditioning saved us from the temperature drop.

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

Giovana was a great host, gave us clear instructions and was always available. The apartment is great, very complete and the condominium's common areas are also great.

The stay was spotless. Brand new apartment with all planned furniture. The apartment has everything (and a little more..) the q is necessary for a family to enjoy the holidays. We went in 7 people (6 adults + 1 child) and were very well accommodated. Township of the sea, crystalline water. The host Denise met us very well both at check-in and at checkout, she was very helpful, making us feel at home. We hope we will be able to return soon.

We felt very good on the days we were hosted, we enjoyed the region very much, the natural beauty, and the space of the apartment is great, very good ventilation too. Cleanliness and furniture are ok. We loved the pampering left for our experience! We highly recommend it.

Simply wonderful! I thought it was more beautiful than in the photos, both the house and the view of the beach. For me, who was with my one-year-old baby, it was perfect, because I didn't have to leave the house much to enjoy the vacation. I'll be back for sure! Only the Internet failed a few times, my brother who was working during the stay had some problems with it, but for those who do not depend on the Internet this is not a problem.

My family was very well received by Junior and Rúbia!!! We were accommodated on the ground floor of the front house, with 3 bedrooms, being 1 suite. 2 Dormitórios have air conditioning. The environment was extremely clean and organized. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake. The swimming pool has a heating system. The house is well equipped and close to the beach.

Great location! Stand in the sand, close to the centrinho and trade. You can do everything on foot. Clean environment, with many amenities and comfort. You just have to take care not to turn on more than one air conditioner and along with a shower that falls to the general of the house. Outside this energy problem, the rest is perfect!

The hosts were wonderful! Very attentive and received us super well (even with a delicious little tuck). The house is very clean, organized and charming, as well as having complete gardens and hortinhas, providing all the comfort we needed! The place is perfect for those seeking privacy and tranquility, and to spend time with family ❤️ We will definitely recommend it to everyone and come back one day!

We thought Guarda de Embaú was a beautiful place. We went for a particular event, but we loved it and we can't wait to be back. It has an excellent combination of tranquility and services for tourists. The beach, the hills, the river and the sea. A paradise. Rose's house is perfect for resting and being comfortable in this beautiful place, at a good price. You can walk everywhere from there. We took advantage of all the spaces and amenities, even laundry! We look forward to coming back.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

Amazing apartment, super spacious, comfortable and complete!!! All comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and all even more beautiful than the photos!! The complete super kitchen!! The penthouse is an extra charm!!! Super recommend, Cledia always responded with affection and attention ,Luciano the caretaker of the building a genius and very proactive person!! The photos published on the site fully correspond to the reality of the space. Airy, bright, well-equipped and very quiet apartment, just as expected and sought. The beach is 100 meters from the beach. As the apartment met what was on the site and what I was looking for, I did not need to contact the host, but when it was necessary at check-in and check-out, everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend it and would come back !!!

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. On one of the days, the cold was bothering us and the heater was a savior and we were able to have a great night's sleep. Rafa and Fernando were always concerned about our stay, from booking to checkout. I didn't take advantage of all the apartment's amenities because I was visiting a friend and ate at his house, but there's everything there for those who want to enjoy the comforts of home.
