Vacation rentals with a patio in Picardy

Very nice place to stay for a family trip to Paris. Bakery and supermarket around the corner, so we could start the day well. Well-equipped kitchen, cooking would be quite possible, but we did not use it. Stove, large fridge, freezer, oven. For breakfast, we only enjoyed delicious coffee from the available capsule coffee machine.

Our holiday was wonderful! We recommend it!

Beautiful very large secure apartment with easy access to the bus line. Nathalie was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with my stay in this super sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very conveniently located. The bedroom overlooks the yard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to returning in the coming months.

Very good stay , the host does not hesitate to make sure everything is going well and resolves the worries of the moment, the patio was a little extra I recommend!

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Is it indeed a peaceful haven – quiet, clean, with many amenities for a longer stay. As others have mentioned, it is very well located to the Robinson RER B train station for quick and easy access to Paris. In addition to good options for bakeries and grocery stores, there are beautiful parks nearby for those who enjoy long walks. Nathalie is a perfect host – welcoming, informative, and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was a very great experience to stay at Lucia's apartment! We could easily checked in, everything was clean and comfy. Room temperature was managed properly. I would definitely stay at this place if I could get a chance to visit Paris!

An unforgettable stay at Sam's! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a real sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, caring and always ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccable – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (if not better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also ideal, whether for relaxation or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

We are delighted with our stay at Isabelle and Christophe's! The accommodation was within walking distance of the beach. We went there with two small children and everything was done to make them feel comfortable (games, crib in a separate room). A bakery was available within walking distance of the accommodation. Clean accommodation, comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend it!

Super nice Airbnb… very well equipped, great location and great hot tub. Unfortunately, it is a shame that you do not really have keys. I traveled as a woman alone and therefore had a bit of concern and did not feel so safe, although there are cameras. I would have felt even safer with a locked door. Thanks for everything anyway!!! Always happy to come back

Very stylish and friendly house..

Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two children. All city shops are 500 m away, several supermarkets are within 2 km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Brionne road is not a problem at night, maybe on weekdays the traffic is heavier in the evening and in the morning. As it is an old house, the staircase that goes upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big suitcase.

Very cute little cottage, nice decor and very clean. Dominique is very friendly. The plus is the parking for the car.

pleasant and warm accommodation, well equipped, beautiful outdoor space, quiet. Access to the beach is close, nice environment and the city is only 4 km away. We had a lovely time. Recommended

We had a wonderful stay in Vincent's beautiful home, which is as stunning as it looks in the pictures. The house was immaculately clean and had fabulous memory foam mattresses ensuring a good night's sleep. So much attention to detail has been put into the property from the artistic feel of the gorgeous decor, to silver cutlery to beautiful furniture and lamps. And I loved the huge master bathroom. Vincent kindly offered us the opportunity to check in early, which was much appreciated then let us in himself and showed us around. We were able to park right outside the house every day no problem - the area felt safe to walk around too. With Notre-Dame church virtually on the doorstep, an a town square with brasseries and local shops seconds away it was perfectly located for local exploration. We also found the property ideal for exploring nearby areas only a short drive away including Mars-les-Bains, Le Tréport and Rouen. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Family trip, with 2 children, cozy space for Paris standards in context with condominium playground. Close to multiple metro stops, so very well connected. Extremely kind and reliable host. Highly recommended

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Very nice and always impeccable rental!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Enjoyed the stay at Manuella’s. An amazing apartment that is fully equipped. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!

Claire was a great host and the apartment was very cozy. The area is very clean, safe and located 5min to metro. It's very easy to get to the city centre. I recommend!

The stay at Gidon's went very well! Gidon was welcoming, always responsive and attentive to us. For the arrival and departure time he was very flexible too, which was great! The apartment is very functional and it has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view, if the sky is not cloudy. The apartment is a bit far from the city center if you want to walk there, but on the contrary there is a good bus service right next door, or the metro a few minutes' walk away.
