We are a family of three (parents and a teen) and found our stay to be perfect - plenty of space, beautiful remodel, fast communication with the host when we had questions, comfortable beds, great location in a safe and walkable area. Could not ask for more. We would absolutely stay here again! I wish I lived here, actually :)

Spacious and immaculately clean apartment, a short Uber drive to the city centre. The communication was 10/10 from the moment of booking. The apartment had everything that was needed, and extremely comfortable. Some nice cafes and bars around. Highly recommend

Encantados con nuestra estadía, Sara fue muy atenta y hasta nos dio recomendaciones. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para estar varios días, tanto cocina como lavandería. El acceso puede no parecer muy sencillo al inicio sobre todo si tienes muchas maletas, ya que el ascensor es pequeño, pero luego de ello entrar y salir es facil con las llaves. Si estamos al tanto de todas las instrucciones dadas por Sara todo se dará con normalidad. La ubicación es cercana a metros lo cual facilita la movilización, quizás de noche puede parecer un poco movido, pero durante nuestro tiempo ahí no nos sentimos en peligro. Dentro de todo , para el precio es un muy buen lugar para poder alojarse

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 4 (famiglia con due ragazzi) e la vacanza è stata davvero piacevole. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente le foto: ben arredata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ogni ambiente era curato con gusto, dai colori rilassanti alle decorazioni che rendevano l’atmosfera calda e familiare. Le camere erano spaziose, i letti comodi e la cucina completa di tutto. Ottima anche la posizione, con un supermercato proprio sotto casa, molto fornito e comodo. L’unica pecca è stata la pulizia al nostro arrivo: abbiamo trovato spazzatura nei cestini, sporco nel freezer e un po’ in giro per casa. Un dettaglio che ha stonato con la qualità generale dell’appartamento (capisco che possa capitare qualche svista, soprattutto nei cambi rapidi). Maconpiù attenzione alla pulizia sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. Consigliamo comunque questa casa a chi cerca un posto bello e funzionale, ma speriamo in una maggiore cura nella preparazione prima dell’ingresso degli ospiti

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views of Boulevard Saint Germain were absolutely breathtaking, and it was such a treat to relax on the terrace and take it all in. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Membrz's communication was exceptional—they were incredibly responsive and even allowed for an early bag drop and check-in, which was a huge help. I couldn't recommend this place more highly! A perfect spot for anyone visiting Paris.

We stayed in the apartment for a week with my family and, to be quite frank, we only have positive things to say. There were three of us and despite the apartment being a studio it didn’t lack space for us all. I also noted that it was really functional, had everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the apartment building felt safe with many locks and codes, on top of it being in a well lit and generally quiet area. We travelled to Paris centre almost every day and the trip did not cause any trouble since the transportation is located not far, so it was an easy commute! Check in and check out once again was very easy as very thorough instructions were left. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest and faced no problems whatsoever! Definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, lovely apartment. The only issue that affected our stay was the local fibre network going down that meant it was difficult to get into the flat (because the lock was remotely/internet operated). The mobile reception within the flat was not good (very slow for email and messaging - bizarrely it was better on the central staircase) but if the internet had been working this would be no problem. This WAS NOT the fault of the owner at all - who was charming and very helpful - but if you need to work here then worth checking before you go that the internet is up and running. Great stay and we’d definitely come again

Ma famille a passé un excellent long week-end dans ce joli appartement, très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare et de tous les commerces. Nous aurions bien aimé pouvoir utiliser le canapé-lit, car le lit double est peut-être un peu juste pour deux adultes. Malheureusement, le canapé-lit n’était pas prêt à être utilisé (ce qui est tout à fait compréhensible puisque nous ne l’avions pas demandé). Cela dit, cela pourrait être une bonne idée de le préparer à l’avance, au cas où des voyageurs souhaiteraient en profiter spontanément.

Amazing stay! The location is excellent, very close to the Metro 11 line with easy access to everywhere in the city. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and it felt very safe. Very clean house with comfortable beds, and quite spacious. Highly recommended.

Logement correspondant à la description et agréable. La place de parking en souterrain est un plus et est non négligeable dans le choix du logement. Facile d’accès ; instructions d’arrivée et de départ claires et efficaces. Logement à proximité métro ligne 13 allant directement au centre de Paris. Le plus du logement est la vue dégagée qui permet d’admirer la nuit la Tour Eiffel éclairée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
