Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Périgord

Everything you hope for in a AirBNB/ Gite in France! We stayed one week with our teenage kids this October. The house is old but has every comfort needed including a large fire place and a washing machine. The atmosphere is right and every room is decorated in a unique way. The garden is large with lots of places to sit, lounge and a table to have breakfast, lunch and even a bbq for dinner. We spend lots of time in the hot tub and at the very nice heated pool. Pascale is a wonderful host, she waited for our late arrival, she had snacks and even breakfast for us to get started, she provided nice bathrobes and towels for the pool, had great local recommendations and was always available for a chat. The place is a little secluded but that was just right for us. Lot’s of fields and forests with plenty of wildlife, we did lots of long hikes with the dog. And for a visit to the market, a restaurant, castles, etc most places are less than 30 minute drive. Highly recommended!

The stay with Marie-Annick was very pleasant and I can recommend to everyone. The reception was very warm. We slept well and the breakfast was well arranged. Marie-Annick offered delicious homemade jam and homemade bread.

Fabienne was an absolute delight and made our time in Frontenac superb. We will be letting all our family and friends know of the great location and the stunning natural pool just outside our cottage. Definitely plan to come back in the future

A lovely stay at Evelyne and Philippe's. The accommodation is very nice, the room is very spacious and very clean and the hosts are very attentive. Very good breakfast, with local cheese. Special mention for direct access to the garden, very convenient when you have a dog.

The accommodation is very nice, well-equipped, a real little cocoon in a very beautiful environment. I had the pleasure of seeing Marylène, she is a very friendly and pleasant host. I can only recommend!!!

Christophe welcomed me warmly. I felt very comfortable and safe and the location is also ideal for beautiful walks through the city.

We had a pleasant stay of 3 days in this little cocoon - a moment of respite in the middle of our trip. Philippe and Laurence like to receive and it shows: They welcomed us very warmly, everything was clear and easy in communication. Hosts are generous and full of thoughtful touches to make sure everything goes smoothly. The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with birdsong in the morning, and not to mention the crunch Rio that we immediately fell in love with, as well as his partner Liquorice. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Karine and her entourage are very nice and welcoming, very good bedding and superb lunch with good homemade jams, country bread, fruit, (the whole works)! I would highly recommend it. Bravo Karine with a "K".

Great stay at Philippe and Alain's. The house is beautiful, in white Quercy stone, with a charming garden. Nice comfortable room, and great terrace with pool. We loved the breakfasts, delicious and very hearty. A beautiful place and a very nice meeting, thank you again for everything!

Spacious, comfortable accommodation for 2 nights. Fresh and delicious breakfast. Friendly knowledgeable hosts made us feel we were in safe hands.

We enjoyed our stay at Julien and Aurelias beautiful 15th century home located in the Medieval town of Autoire. Our room was nice and cozy with a nice breeze from window, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom . We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and their delightful playful Border Collies. Aurelia booked us dinner reservations in nearby towns and we enjoyed hiking at the nearby cascade falls and our stay in the beautiful picturesque medieval town of Autoire.

Very very quiet environment, very good for escaping the hustle and bustle of big cities. Catherine is very welcoming and cheerful. Activities are between 10 and 20 minutes away. Excellent, thanks again

Everything was so above and beyond any expectations. The room was built beautifully with all the details and amenities for a comfortable stay. Jose and Lorette took such great care of us thoughtout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a delight with Lorette making her own yogurt and jam to go along with a spread of fresh baked goods and fruits. Jose was kind enough to provide us with a wine tasting from his collection. This, and walking through the neighboring vineyards was the highlight of the trip. Cannot recommend enough! Also FYI, his wines are sold to a certain 2 star Michelin restaurant in Bordeaux!

Our 1 night stay with Gaby and Werner was just wonderful! We could have easily have stayed a few nights longer if time would have permitted. The B and B is located in a beautiful location, the house is nothing short of stunning, we really appreciated the history of the home and the fact Gaby and Werner were happy to explain the history of the home. The house is so warm, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We opted to enjoy the 3 course meal, wow, the quality of the food and wine was first class. We loved meeting Kiki the dog and the four cats, makes it so homely. The absolute best part for us was the conversations we enjoyed with Gaby and Werner, such kind and friendly people. We recommend this B and B, try to stay more than one night!
