We had an extremely pleasant stay at Château la France. The host was very welcoming, warm and the place is magical. Comfortable room, tastefully decorated, very clean. The limitless access to the wellness space delighted us. Breakfast was of high quality. The address is saved for a future stay in the near future.

Guesthouse close to all the tourist sites of the Dordogne, but in the countryside anyway, without being isolated. Possibility of seeing deer while walking. The instructions for getting there are clear (and known from the GPS). Martine and Jean-Marie are very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely time at the dinner prepared on site with local products. Not to mention breakfast with jams , brioche, and homemade bread. Corresponds to description. No surprises.

Jean and his mother hosted us (couple and 2 kids, 2 and 3) is a proper French, welcoming way. The breakfast is incredible, the surroundings simple and quiet but still very close to St Emilion and other amazing regions. We received 2 addresses from restaurants they kindly reserved for us, both truly amazing. ❤️

Perfect hotel for our stopover in Villeneuve, clean, quiet and comfortable room with a very good welcome. Hearty breakfast with delicious homemade jams.

I spent a night in this beautiful setting! The renovation is really amazing and I was able to try the table d'hôte, which was excellent. My dog Maïko was also very well looked after🤗, it makes you want to come back!

Excellent stay in a very well equipped and well located cottage. Very nice hosting by Brigitte. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

Our stay went very well, the welcome, the breakfast with the fruits of the garden, the pool was very nice with the high temperatures. The setting was very nice: Picnic area, rugby field, babingtone net, trampoline, covered outdoor area with a very nice little lounge. A refrigerator was available to us as needed. Alain and Celine advised us on some good local addresses and events. Nothing to say but advise you to go to Alain and Céline's!

The location is ideal, in the middle of the forest, in a peaceful and refreshing environment. We celebrated my partner's 30th birthday in this perfect setting, with weather at the rendezvous. The cottage is large, very clean, well-equipped and easily adapts to needs. Special mention to our host, warm, responsive and always available, which greatly facilitated our stay. A very nice experience that I would recommend without a second thought. See you soon!

A real slice of paradise, we loved the place! The sound of the water, the view of the river, the private beaches, the barbecue available, the caring welcome of Hervé and Monique... everything was perfect!

Corine and André are very sweet and hospitable. We felt very much at home and I'd like to come back. André told us a lot and showed us around the castle where they live. By the pool it was very quiet and you are equipped with everything. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. Furthermore, we also enjoyed the donkeys, beavers, ducks and the dogs of Corine and André. Actually everything was just perfect! The area was also beautiful, you can visit vineyards or a day to Bordeaux/beach. You'll really settle down here. Thank you again for this pleasant stay!

Amélie is a very welcoming and friendly host. Her cottage is located in a peaceful place in the heart of nature. The pool was particularly popular during these heatwave moments. In terms of accommodation (bedding, shower and kitchen): satisfaction guaranteed!

Everything was perfect and the setting is beautiful...

We had a great time staying with Pascal, the place and environment very pleasant and very well maintained. The accommodation is spacious, with all necessary amenities. Large outdoor areas, play area and heated pool: ideal for children! Pascal and Anne are very homely and have good tips for discovering the surroundings.

My stay at Alison’s place was wonderful. Comfortable bed and seating areas. The setting is magical with its gorgeous flowering gardens, water flow and bird song. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

We had a short stay of 3 days at Claire and Marc's estate. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the estate with the pool and spa, the well-equipped and arranged studio with stunning views on a cow field where the sun sets, beautiful! But also the meal we could have had one night. We enjoyed ourselves! A big thank you to Marc and Claire for their hospitality and kindness. We were super well received. We will come back without hesitation to finish our visit to the Dordogne 😁 See you soon!

If we didn't go on vacation, we were able to have a weekend of decompression. The trailers are tastefully decorated. The place is truly relaxing. Chaques coins offer a relaxing time. Breakfasts are hearty and homemade to start a good day. Caroline and Henri are very welcoming and attentive hosts. To be done again

Very nice and cozy room in a beautiful house, decorated with many cute cats! The location in the city center of Saint-Macaire, near ramparts, echopes and restaurants, makes it a definite asset. Caroline's availability to discuss or exchange information is a plus! Ideal for spending a few days in this beautiful region and shining around!
