This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Relax wonderfully in a sunbed on a private beach by the river. There is a modern unsinkable sit-on-top kayak for 1 or 2 people with which you can paddle down the beautiful river.
