If you're looking to rent your own amusement park then look no further this place was absolutely amazing! My entire family took advantage of every part this house had to offer whether it was the basketball net, ping pong, karaoke machine, foosball table, the heated floors, the comfy beds, the kitchen amenities, the gym, the massage chair, the sauna. we loved it all! Not to mention it was in the perfect location for our trip. We will definitely be coming back again and hopefully again and again. Oh and the windows were amazing as was the comfy living/tv area!

Franklin's was very cozy. We really appreciated how nice and warm the cabin was when we walked in. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

John is a great host and this is my go to stay when I'm working in the area. It is always clean, quiet and there is plenty in the area for food and the convenience with all the local shopping places needed to feel right at home. Thank you John for being a super host.

We came to State College for stayed for parents’ weekend and took the opportunity to meet with family living in New England. Samantha’s place worked perfectly for us. It has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everybody, the location is quiet but close to Penn State and the place is wonderful. Grandma especially appreciated the farmhouse style of the house.

My family gathered at Irine’s home and we had a very comfortable stay. The surroundings are beautiful and her home has everything you need. It is a great location to have privacy but access to so many things to do. Not to mention, the space is very clean which is super important to my family. We will be looking forward to a summer stay for the pool use!!

This place had everything we needed for a fun friend getaway. plenty of space and lots of kitchen stuff. byo shower gel/shampoo, but everything else you'd need was there

Our hosts met us when we checked in and gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. The place is beautiful and has everything you would need. Ross and Valerie have thought of everything for guests to have the best stay possible. We celebrated my husband's birthday with 8 other friends, they all thought the place was magnificent. The kitchen and bathrooms are all equipped with everything you would need. We totally enjoyed our time there and will definitely return.

Perfect for our family of 12 to spend the holidays. Enough space and rooms for us all. The dining room and table was really important for use and worked out great, not to mention the double oven for Thanksgiving dinner. The toy room was perfect to keep our 3 YOs entertained. We made use of the pool table, fooseball and poker table. The only slight drawback was registration at the welcome center. The paperwork that we filled out was not translated to the welcome center and probably didn't need to be filled out. Their exact words were, we have nothing to do with air BnB and need the information now. Minor frustration but they processed the waiting line as soon as possible. Would have been quicker if both processed. Overall a small speedbump that did not ruin our excitement or experience (only mentioned it for the benefit of future renters - don't sweat the paperwork too much since the welcome center won't use it). Oleg was a great communicator. Would rent again

Perfect, peaceful, private location. Beautiful views. Host was very helpful and descriptive with instructions. Never any issues, very clean house. Would like to visit again.

The unit is bigger than the pictures show. The location is excellent. Short walk from the front door to where I could put my skis on and hit the trail right behind the unit and one day I was able to ski right to the front door. Jana was easy to communicate with and check in was easy also.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this rental property for New Year’s Eve ! Beautiful house, well maintenance great location, easy access in to it.The host was were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I am definitely staying there again soon.

This is our second time staying here and we would love to come back again!! The pool table is in great condition, the hot tub was great and the outdoor space was so relaxing. The hosts are super friendly and we loved everything about the property. Highly recommended

We love the house, is very beautiful!!! The house was very clean. Rooms were great! So much space for a big family. Kids had soo much fun, they didn’t want to leave lol. The owner was very responsive to my messages and very kind.
