If you're looking for a quaint place with frugality in mind this nails it! We were in the area for a wedding and found this cozy gem very near the venue and friends in the nearby town. It had all the comforts of home (kitty greetings!), if you are a simple person not requiring all the pizazz of overpriced "upscale" accommodations. This loft reminded us of our first apartment! It was clean, cozy, and functional. I personally loved the bedroom as it spoke to my love of sleeping in total darkness. We love old, creaky houses and the stories they whisper if you're of the mind to listen. The only drawback, which had nothing to do with Rhonda, was the twilight zone internet ghosting...so if you desire to truly 'get away from it all' this is your place! Or bring a hotspot if you just can't live without the cyber world. We enjoyed the little touches of hospitality for our use and will consider this again if we are ever back in the area needing restful, clean, and cost-efficient accommodations.

we loved our stay at Brenda's. Spacious, clean, and cozy and we enjoyed being able to have a fire going on chilly evenings. the sunsets were immaculate and we loved seeing the neighbor's animals (cows, mini horses, etc) roam while enjoying a great view. Brenda was an absolute pleasure to be around and is very friendly. I felt very welcomed and comfortable here, and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed here as we were waiting to close on a home we are buying nearby. we had actually left two airbnbs right before finding Brenda's (one because of a bad experience and the other because of issues with the house). We were so relieved with our stay at Brenda's. It is easy to see that she takes good care of the rentals and land and definitely takes good care of visitors. I highly recommend anyone to stay!

Chris and Mark were the perfect host. The place was perfect for what we needed and they were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our time at Lee's place. The host was great with communication/instructions, we enjoyed the location in the city, and the place itself had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, the parking space is tight, but we were able to make it work with our mini-van (having someone help is a must with a bigger vehicle). Finally, as Lee points out (and other reviews have said), there are A LOT of stairs, so make sure you're comfortable with that.

We had a great stay at this place. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Everything in the room was like described. They welcomed us with homemade bread and farm raised eggs, which was a sweet surprise. They have a beautiful garden and farm. My boys had a good time playing outside.

Great host, nice accommodation. bedroom was extremely roomy, dining area was large. Bathroom was spotless. plenty of place to put bags, etc. not full of clutter. comes with coffee pot, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. Lovely pond out the front full of fish and frogs!

We had a wonderful stay! Ruthie was an excellent host—quick to respond and very welcoming. Barbie’s zucchini bread was hands-down the best we’ve ever had! The home was cozy, warm, and incredibly clean and organized. My children absolutely loved it—there was plenty of space to run around and feel at home. Everything about our stay was comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend!

What an absolutely delightful experience!! My husband and I planned a last minute weekend trip to Ricketts Glen to celebrate our anniversary and fortunately Bill’s place was available. He was extremely responsive, excellent communicator, and we were able to check in early before going on our hike. It really is as private, quiet, and serene as it says. I felt the stress melt from my body as soon as we pulled up the driveway and I saw the house. (I actually cried tears of joy and relief because this place truly is as described.) The view is breathtaking and the entire property, inside and out, is so well maintained, it’s clear they genuinely care and take pride in what they do. Spectacularly clean and super cozy inside. My husband enjoyed some popcorn and hot chocolate after our long hike at Ricketts Glen falls loop trail. The adjustable shower head was such a treat and this place has all the accommodations we needed for a fabulous weekend. It’s clear why this is a guest favorite. ☺️

We have stayed in five-star hotels, luxury homes and countless AirBnBs around the world and I can confidently say that the best shower we've ever experienced was at Chris's property in West Mifflin, PA. The location was nice, tidy & clean and Chris was very communicative, but the shower that he has installed in this place is world-class. It alone would be worth the trip.

Probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. The place was immaculate, had a private loft all to myself, and Amy was very responsive to any questions and concerns I had throughout the process. It’s also just a quick 15 minute drive into Gettysburg. I would highly recommend this place/host to anyone.

This was a great place to stay for a few nights! It was a short distance from Presque Isle State park and had many restaurants near by. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Kimberly gave clear instructions and was super responsive when I had a question.

We loved staying at Karen's place. The apartment is a beautiful space and well-appointed. The large deck is a bonus for morning coffee and relaxing. Peaceful and quiet and a short distance from Ligonier where we enjoyed the farmer's market, dinner and strolling around the town. Highly recommend!

We arrived wet and cold after a very long rainy day in an open barn with a horse show. The readily available hot coffee, hot chocolate, and tea were so welcoming. The teenager was thrilled with the cookies and popcorn while we warmed up before fixing our dinner in her well equipped and user friendly kitchen. Hannah also had a 3-ring binder with helpful hints on the coffee table. Thank you Hannah. We will see you next year when we return for another horse show.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful Airbnb in King of Prussia. The Japanese-style koi pond and serene sitting area made it feel like a tranquil retreat. It was so nice to be a bit farther from the city, surrounded by trees and nature, but still close enough to easily drive into Philadelphia and explore. We specifically chose this over staying downtown, and it was absolutely the right decision. The area felt much safer and quieter, with beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip a day short due to a severe storm in the area, but that was out of anyone’s control. We’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Our experience was one of the best we've had with Airbnb! Colleen and Bill were so welcoming and accommodating. the home was gorgeous and exactly as we had anticipated. the bed was incredibly comfortable, the surroundings were quiet and dark - great for sleeping! The heater and AC worked efficiently, plenty of hot water, and the matter bath was incredible! Colleen thought of every need a guest would ask for. We will be back! Thank you, Colleen!!

Kara’s place is a new favorite as it has no stairs for anyone having mobility issues. It’s our 3rd or 4th visit. The layout is great and there is nothing lacking.

Ehsan's place was one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed in. It is fully furnished and also comes with some nice extras like a sound machine, heaters, board games, and snacks. It is in a quiet and pretty neighborhood and easily walkable to shops. It is walking distance to the Amtrack station. There was no train noise.

Everything was so cozy and charming. It was the perfect for the weekend trip my friends and I took. We felt very welcomed, and all of the activities we had planned were under ten minutes away, it was the perfect location. The area itself was very private, and felt like an escape from the world. 10/10
