Perfect for families & small groups.

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

Beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath, lake front home, located in the Bear Creek Lake Community of Jim Thorpe. Home sits on a half-acre lot with fire pit and private patio. Large deck overlooking the backyard attached to house, equipped with outdoor seating with views of lake. The community also has 2 public beaches with Lifeguards and a seasonal Olympic size heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, kid play areas for great fun. Lake is non motorized and great for kayaking, canoeing and fishing.

4-season cottage with amazing views of the Allegheny River with great wildlife and bird watching (bald eagles). There's a hot tub to relax in after biking (Rails to Trails bike trail), kayaking (2 available), hiking, fishing, playing (playground in the yard), shooting (.22 range in the back yard), or swimming (in the river or local waterfall) all day. Great for families or friend getaways. A home away from home, everything you need, and more for an escape to the woods.

Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.

Charming & immaculate, lakeside cottage with all amenities. Just a few steps from Edinboro Lake and minutes from the quaint town of Edinboro. Beautiful view of the lake from 2 large enclosed sun porches to enjoy your morning coffee. Brand new queen size bed in the loft. Please note that we can only accommodate 2 guests at our cottage and no pets or smoking allowed.
