The Carlisle House - Rose Room

Originally the bedroom of the Ewing twins, whose family arrived in Carlisle in 1849, was papered with the present rose design in the 1930's. The cabin was built by Denis Wilkens from reclaimed wood sourced from the original buildings, found timber and garnished by local artisan pieces.
