We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house and hope to come back soon! Amazing views from the terrace, good internet connection, two bathrooms which is a comfortable extra, and a well-equipped kitchen. Ana and her parents are lovely hosts, they went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

It was clean, everything was new. The Host was very nice and always open for questions. The pool was fresh and clean and the house is very modern. We enjoyed our stay. 10/10 recommend

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

the house was just as it is presented in the listing and it had everything a group of 6 people could need. the distance to the sea was also fantastic.

It was a very pleasant stay, the house was large, and the two families stayed comfortably.

Draganas mother welcomed us very kindly and warmly. They were always there when we needed help. It was great that the gate was lockable and had mosquito nets everywhere. Disadvantages were: The hot water was very limited and you could only shower warm for a maximum of 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable either. Our Wi-Fi was also pretty bad.

The apartment was in an old building 1 minute of walk to the closest beach. The beds were clean. The equipment and furniture were in a working condition. The main benefit of this apartment is its location - perfectly close to the beach so ideal for family with kids like we are. There is a bakery 3 or 4 houses aside, then caffé bar where they have own produced ice cream. Also 2 restaurants are couple of steps from the apartment. The sea was beautiful, no crowded beaches. We used used Plaža Ražanac beach. It has small stones. And in the water there are areas with big rocks so you and your kids can enjoy some snorkeling and see fishes, crabs. First meters of the water were shallow (ideal for toddlers - can safely sit in the water). There are 2 playgrounds for small kids. And some fast foods are there as well. There are no loud bars, the area is calm. Overall Ražanac and this beach house is great for the families with kids. I would definitely visit this place again.

We had a great time at Braanko's place. The accommodation was very well equipped for us and our two-and-a-half-year-old son. The terrace is beautiful and offers breathtaking views. We were looking for a family vacation, mixed with sea and walks and we found everything we needed nearby. Branko was very available, responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful time in Ljubac, I’d definitely recommend it. The hosting family was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It was so good to have a pool and a Jacuzzi, the kids loved it too, jumping into the pool the whole time and it really felt very luxurious in a quiet area with great views on the nearby beach and the mountains in the background. We had the ground floor apartment which has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious living room with dining and kitchen together. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room to sleep on also. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot when we were there in August. There’s a small shop nearby in walking distance (10 mins) where you can buy essentials and in the nearby small harbour (7 min walk) at the beach bar we got very nice coffees.

We stayed at LaVida Penthouse for two nights and it was amazing! The Penthouse is new and the interior is very modern. The terrace is unique, the view is breath taking and is even much bigger the it seemed on photos. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna inside. The bedroom we used was very comfortable had an en suite bathroom and a wonderful sea view but there are more bedrooms which are also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few houses around. Location is great if you plan to explore Zadar county because it's close to the Highway (13km), to Zadar, Nin, island Pag. We're definitely satisfied with our choice and will recommend it to our family & friends we are looking forward to come back for an longer stay. Thank you Martina!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We liked that it was a little away from the center. The city inside the walls is great and getting lost is not really getting lost😉. We recommend it.
