Apartment vacation rentals in Općina Ražanac

Great well equipped apartment. Very good kitchen, table, nice terrace, washing machine. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our vacation was great. Jovici is a small town but it is convenient location for visiting Zadar, Pag, Nin and many beaches. For some reason, Airbnb is showing the wrong location of the apartment. It's good that Jovici's neighbors are very friendly, always ready to help:)) It's necessary to look for Apartmani Ante directly on Google maps.

If I could give more stars, fantastic hospitality, cleanliness. We wanted what we wanted. Accurate description , helpfulness. Just great!

Direct and side sea view with landscape panorama, super clean apartment, good amenities, very good air conditioning, modern window shutters that really darken, practical outdoor shower, stable internet. Our child was happy about the cats, the dog and the 3 swings (instead of the no longer available trampoline) in the garden. The host is super friendly and always helpful. Beautiful, child-friendly, very flat sloping sandy beach with free umbrellas 5min walking distance. 2 nice restaurants with playgrounds by the sea. 20min to the beautiful old town of Nin. We had a delightful time.

We arrived late at night and had some difficulty locating the apartment. Anita, however, was waiting to greet us with a smile and happily showed us around the apartment. The local area is lovely, it's a short walk to a small beach, lots more available just a short drive away. There's a small local shop/bakery just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a bigger supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away. We spent 4 nights exploring the local area and would definitely recommend both the area and Anita as a host.

The apartment kept what we hoped for and was sparkling clean. No carpet, everything tiled :-) The pool is very nice and the location of the house suitable for relaxing or excursions, e.g. Zadar, Nin, Krka, Zrmanja, ... - There is a quiet, shallow sandy beach in the village of Ljubac or very nice swimming coves with rocky beach on the opposite coastline at Vrsi.

Really a lovely apartment with a lovely large terrace and a fantastic view. Welcome gift in the fridge. Barbecue area and children's playground are free to use. The cars are exactly like the ones on the internet. The kitchen is well equipped, even microwave. You can walk down to the beach 15-20 minutes. Car best there is an increase of both 13 and 17%. Close by is Beach Bokulja also by car. The water is absolutely stunningly quiet because it's fjord water. So here we really used our sup board. The water is so clear you can look down to the bottom. If you have small children, it is not recommended as it is quick deep. Use near the city of Radanovac or Nin, further afield. We loved staying there because even though it's close to the road, you didn't notice it very much. Plenty of space to park your car and easy to get there to and from. Small grocery store close by 5-10 min walk (closes early) Better host is not available. Always ready to help and respond quickly. Good for English. On departure we got another gift - home-grown. What we found in Ljubač was a quiet and beautiful place for a family vacation with beautiful sea, great hosts and warm welcoming people all around.

We rented this place for one night. Unfortunately , the room was no longer available. The host offered us if it would work for us to stay in their home in their room. We had the option to cancel the reservation. For one night it was great for us. Beautiful house. Facing the sea and the cliffs. A beautiful garden with figs, tomatoes, lemon , etc! We were welcomed with a very fresh syrup as well as freshly cut watermelon and figs from the garden. A very nice warm welcome from this family. They did everything to make sure we were as good as possible despite the cancellation of the room. We slept in their room. The bed is comfortable. It was hot , but in the initial rental provided there is air conditioning. Thanks for your hospitality!

We were super satisfied with our place ! Full 5 stars ! Host is super friendly and always available. The place itself was clean and nicely furnished and has a great view of the sea. We will definitely book the place again on the next Croatia vacation !:)

Nice host. No worries.

The perfect place for active families with children and a car who want to explore Dalmatia. There are a number of nice sandy / rocky beaches and bays within 10 minutes drive of the apartment. The beaches are sheltered, clean and shallow so are perfect for small kids. Take your own parasol or sun-shade because in Croatia many of the nicer beaches dont have much shade. If you have a boat then moorings can be arranged in Vrsi. Plitvice lakes, Krka, Velebit and Paklenica national parks are not too far away. Mini markets are nearby in Vrsi, larger supermarkets are 25 minutes away in Zadar. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. It is located in a peaceful, friendly rural village away from the main highway so the kids can go off exploring safely. Danijela and her family are great hosts and a fine example of Croatian hospitality. They really looked after us during our stay, and cant thank them enough for making our holiday truly amazing. We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Meet all of our needs. Very close to Zadar and our host was very responsive. The pool was a great place to cool on our arrival. Everything was as planned. Very clean!!! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

Mate and Martina’s apartment was IMMACULATE! Everything was high end and absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking and the hot tub and sauna was a wonderful touch. It was only 5 euros to Uber to the Old Town and approximately a 30-40 minute walk. We were greeted when we arrived and even spoiled with some snacks and wine from our host which we felt was such a sweet and generous gesture. We HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zadar!

Nice apartment in a very quiet and peaceful location. Very close to supermarkets and only few minutes drive to the beach which is nice! The jacuzzi was definitely a plus! Very responsive host! Overall we had a lovely stay! Would recommend!
